This property was disgusting. This hotel needs to be shut down. Dried blood and particles on the blankets. Pubic hair on the toilet. Dirty tub. Dirty, filthy chairs in the rooms. Disgusting floor. The front desk clerk said that they are short on housekeeping but I didn’t know it was going to be this bad. Never ever again. I checked in at 4pm and checked out at 5:50pm the SAME day. Stay far away from this place. I’m waiting on my refund to be processed. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. $140 for a night is insane.

Our room was super clean! I mean even the tub was shining! No bugs, no stale odor, just very clean and comfortable. All the appliances worked, linens and beds were fresh, and NO BUGS! I felt safe here, moved with ease, and slept like a baby. Besides all that, the hotel staff were all super friendly and so were the other guests we encountered. This Quality Inn will always be my first stop when shopping for hotels in the area.

Nasty breakfast for 100.00 per night..Room smells mold.. Pillows , mattress are not comfortable, Bathroom door and ceiling have unpleasant stains.Constractions guys must be were in the hurry.

Overall, a Quality Inn is always a good option. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are pleasant. My only recommendations for this particular Quality Inn revolve around breakfast. It would be helpful for staff to make sure that visitors know the times for breakfast are different during the weekday and on weekends. And might want to think about paying more attention to the cleanliness of the breakfast area during breakfast time. It’s not appealing to have dirty tables. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

My brother and I stayed here for work, we were here for a month and a half. The staff were amazing. At first there was a miscommunication with a complaint from another guest but Mrs. Kelli took care of it and handle it very professional. I would like to give a big shout out to Kelli, Shelby, and Ashley, yall made our stay extra enjoyable and had great conversations with each and every one of you. The breakfast crew was awesome and house keeping always kept the room clean. If we ever come back to work here we will definitely be staying here! Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay top notch, yall will be missed!

Loud music, illegal aliens drunk outside of room , room condition terrible. Totally unsafe. This was discovered after check in. I FEARED FOR MY SAFETY. I left after checking out with clerk. Complained and was told nothing would be done they are quest. Drove 1hour to another city for hotel.

We were a little disappointed the pool wasn’t open but understand it’s still early in the season. We will be back in may and are considering staying here again.

The word Quality should be taken down from their sign. The staff is doing all they can with no support or maintenance from ownership. The swimming pool was green with algae and had not been cleaned in a while. The one and only ice machine was in disrepair and did not work and if it did I would be afraid to use the ice. My rooms door would not shut properly and you could not fully engage the lock. Not to mention sleeping there is akin to sleeping under a bridge with the highway noise just feet from your door. Terrible place to stay.

I am not posting this in anger. Please read carefully to make an informed decision.
First of all, the bed had stains.
There is no towel holder or rack in the bathroom, which is inconvenient. The facility seems to have undergone a renovation recently but the feel of the old building is there still. It is a very bare minimum hotel.

Not worth the price. We had to share the room with roaches! The tv didn’t work properly, tub drained slowly, toilet kept running, and the floors were dirty.

Safe location and within walking distance to some really nice bars and restaurants although we drove due to handicap and weather. Staff very nice.
Negatives for stay were had to slam door to get to latch, handicap shower chair was not cleaned properly, no hair dryer, and ice machines were down.
Breakfast had great choices from yogurt, toast and muffins to eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy and waffles as well as coffee and juices.

The service was helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was an influx of people right after I arrived, so it was a little noisy at first. There was a connecting door to the neighbor room and the occupants were a little noisy and distracting but they quieted down later in the evening. Check out was quick and easy. The room was a little chilly so I turned on heater/AC unit. It was a little noisy and blew cool air directly on the bed the whole night.

The only positive is a friendly staff. We had one gross bed and a couple towels that looked dirty and not washed with some sort of stains on them. It is not a quiet place to rest due to paper thin walls and ceiling.

It was nice to see that renovations have been completed. Paint in bathroom could be a little better looked rushed. The staff was amazing. There where a couple bugs but literally just 2-3. Would still stay here again this was my 2nd time. I felt safe both times.

Not only is this property affordable, the rooms are super clean and cant forget to mention the size of the bathtub!!!!! Very spacious and enough room for a full on relaxing soak. Linens were clean and like new. We were a little late getting to breakfast but there was still something for us to munch on. Staff is super friendly and were always smiling.

First two rooms I got were dirty. The third was still dirty but I took it because it’s 2am. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms need a serious cleaning though.

The first room we were given seemed nice--but the toilet ran. We were moved to another rooom, which was not nice. It was a smoking room (we reserved non=smoking). the tv didn't work==a staff member come and got it working.
The room was about 85 when we went in. there were no marking on the heater dials. We finally got some cool air coming in, but the fan was very loud and made a terrible squeeking noise. we had to turn it off when we went to bed, and the room was still overly warm. The unholstered furniture was badly stained. Other than that the room was clean.

Room was filthy, bed had multiple blood spots that looked fresh. Sheets had hair all over them, pillows completely brown and floors looked to not have been swept in weeks, the room also had a very strong unexplained odor. They also charge not only $50 for a dipost but $48.13 that they cant explain why. Been dealing with them for days now asking for my refund on all charges. Left and checked in at residence inn that was the best decision we ever made.
