Fantastic location for Circular Quay if you are catching a cruise ship or a ferry. The property itself is quite dated and there were building works opposite our room which started at 7am.

The location of the hotel cannot be faulted, we stayed before embarking on a cruise so it was just a short walk to the harbour. The hotel itself is very dated and tired. Our room had a view of a wall.

Our room was nice. Needs a little updating but comfortable. I would suggest that they invest in a coffee machine that makes real coffee instead of the hot pot and instant coffee. Was located centrally in the rocks so easy walk everywhere.
A big thanks to the front desk! My husband left his cell phone in the room and the hotel actually sent it in a taxi to the White Bay Cruise Terminal.

Excellent location near cruise terminal. Only disappointment was no restaurant and no bar but that was our fault for not checking. Another Rendezvous we have stayed I had a bar and restaurant so it pays not to make assumptions.

I had a great stay. The staff were very friendly. I was in a Queen Terrace, so there was an upstairs with a narrow staircase. As we don’t use the same terminology in the US, I didn’t know that. It was fine for me, but might have been a problem for others. I sleep with earplugs, so if there was street noise, I didn’t hear it.

Overall, our three days stay in this hotel was very good. The location, location, location! Location is charming, walkable to the Bridge, Opera House and all restaurants and entertainment in the area. Service was great too. Very nice people. Our studio room was good with small kitchen, very clean comfortable bed with partial view to the bay. Negative part: the bathroom is very dated-chipped bathtub, rusty parts on the shower door. Last day was rainy and we found a running cockroach in the bathroom.
But it was a very good stay overall.

Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Sydney, close to the harbor and train station. Nice to have full kitchen. The AC was a bit noisy but I would stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shortly after arriving we noticed that there was a problem in our unit with the exhaust fan not working in the bathroom. Staff took this seriously and moved us to another unit with the minimum of fuss.

Best location close to everything, nice view from balcony, you can see Oprah house and Sydney Harbour. We had early check in, that was very nice,big clean room, very comfortable king bed, friendly staff. We will be back again.

Property was close to overseas passenger terminal which was the reason we chose this hotel. We had a 1 bedroom balcony room which was great in size but a little oudated.

As you would expect from a large hotel chain, the room and amenities were clean, the hotel is in a great spot, within the Rocks precinct so much history, easy walking to the opera house and the bridge, HoHo bus just around the corner, pubs and beautiful restaurants all around.
