Our 1st night was a bad experience. You are provided with an iPad to control the room. Unfortunately ours did not work which meant the blackout curtain could not be lowered & the air conditioning did not work in the bedroom (booked the penthouse). Informed reception but after several hours they were unable to resolve the problem or move us to another room. We asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel. They advised as we booked via hotels.com we would need to contact them. Hotels.com were unable to assist that night. Therefore we had to sleep in a room with significant light & no air. In the morning we asked for an update but they knew nothing of the problems. We left it with them to resolve & went out for the day. Returning in the afternoon nothing had been resolved. Finally the lady at reception intervened & moved us to another room. This was 24 hours after we checked in. However no compensation for the previous night. The remaining 3 nights in the new room was excellent. So this place is good to stay as long as you don’t have any problems as they are useless in solving and understanding the problem

Tiny rooms. You have the choice. Open suitcase or lay on the bed.
Ok for a night or two but nothing for a longer stay. Unless you book the suite, I guess.
Advertised as 24sqm rooms but barely 14.
Apparently it has sound proof windows. I guess that definition can be stretched quite a bit.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom a bit tight but well distributed, the location is great and the bar at the first floor was nice. Please check the elevators, they had several problems during the week I stayed there.

Had a really enjoyable stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Great, quiet location. My only critique is the staff can be more friendlier. The gentleman that checked me in and out, could polish his customer service skills.

I was expecting the VIP amenity and also at least free water, like at other hotels, but I got charged for all of it...not good. :(

We stayed in the Penthouse suite and it was great! The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. We really enjoyed our stay at 45 by Director!

The property was close to more expensive hotels and their amenities, but was substantially cheaper than those places.

Everything was incredible from the moment I arrived. Patricia made me feel immediately at home. The hotel room was clean and the bar in the lobby had phenomenal service and drinks. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! I only wish i could have stayed longer. 10/10 :)

This hotel is truly worth the value for money, in general, the front desk personnel is friendly and welcoming with a few exceptions. Gold membership is sometimes acknowledge sometimes it is not. In general, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent services and location. I recommended.

The room is quite small, but it’s brand new and totally clean. So it’s ok.
The neighbourhood is safe and close to many restaurants and Santiago’s biggest mall.

This is a great little hotel. Very new and shiny still. The room was small but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. Perfect for one person and two people might do okay too. Good breakfast and friendly employees.

We are very pleased with this hotel, great location and very cozy, our room was small but very contemporary and filled our needs; the two queen beds room us bigger. From the time we got to the hotel until our departure, everyone was very helpful and nice. Starting from front desk Adrian, Cristina; and at the restaurant, breakfast was very good and enough options, Jackeline was very kind and super nice. We stayed an extra night and we will come back in a near future for sure.

The hotel was generally nice and clean.
My only complaints are that the shower took long to heat up and never got warm enough, and the bottles of shampoo/soap were almost empty when we arrived. (since they don't give individual bottles). There were also parties that were loud almost every night that could be heard. And I did run out of toilet paper the last day since we didn't want room service/cleaning and they only provided one roll.
However staff were nice and the rooms were modern.
