Great stay!

Even though the room had limited space the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small and notice that the shower had caulking around drain and faucet that was not cleanly finished. The valet person when we checked in was very courteous.

Great experience & staffs are friendly and nobody bothered!

I got woken up by the rooster in the park down the block each morning. Location is great. Costumer service can be better as the housekeepers appeared not to happy to clean our rooms and did not supply us with any cleaning solutions. Also, beach equipment for borrowing should be upgraded as they were too old or did not work.

Well, if you're on the fence about a place to stay in Waikiki, I don't think you'll be disappointed with The La Croix. We stayed in a Gold room and it was wonderful. We had a view of both the ocean and downtown Honolulu, and lanais on both ends to soak it all in. If you're renting a car, the only parking option is a $45 a night valet, but at least the car is always safe and the process is very smooth. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach, superb restaurants, and phenomenal shopping. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We literally had zero complaints. In fact, the only problem we had was trying to tear ourselves away from it, lol. Aloha!

I liked the hotel being close to stores and walking distance to beach. There were many options for food in the area and forms of transportation. The store nezt to the lobby was very convenient. I did not like having to pay for parking if we stayed in the hotel.

Hallway smelled. No phones in rooms. Balcony didnt look safe to go outside. Small refrigerator made noise the whole time i was there. Furniture was old and tub was painted. Room was clean

Location is great 5 min walk to mall and beach. The hotel is cute. The swimming pool is good for a small group only. For a whole week the cleaning ladies left our rooms dirty. The floors always dirty and sand in the corners of the room and bathroom. Found some bugs around the room, once in my pillow. We only got coffee twice. Every morning we got text messages from the hotel to improve their service. When i requested help they replied instantly and efficiently. So, not too bad overall nor was it excellent.

Good location

10 minute walk to the beach and Waikiki shopping. The Pink Line trolley stop to Ala Moana Shopping Center is next to the hotel. There is an ABC-MART on the first floor of the hotel, as well as a pool, sauna, and gym, but I did not use them. If you stay in an ocean view room, you can enjoy free water, juice, fruit, cereal bar, and leaf pie all day long during your stay. There is a managers' reception on Tuesdays and Thursdays, where you are treated to local beer and cocktails. Please note that there is no bathtub. We will "text" our preferences to the hotel. We were using esim from another country and could not connect, but Expedia chat worked fine. We would use them again.

Me and my family of 4 stayed at this property for about a week and let’s just say good thing we were in Hawaii because this is not what we paid for! First off we have a 4 year old who loves the pool and being on vacation we wanted something simple not over crowded where we could relax and get a drink while watching our son play. 5 nights staying at the resort we were at the pool multiple hours everyday and the poolside bar was open once! The drinks themselves and the bartender were amazing but they were never open during hours of operation and had the nerve to have a sign stating to scan QR code and someone will bring you a poolside drink, never happened! There wasn’t even a QR code to scan. We had to TEXT a line for services because there is no phone in your room or way to contact staff unless you TEXT a hotline. I’ll get back to that after I finish about the pool. Weather was back and forth but who cares we are in Hawaii and it’s always 80 . When I say the pool was freezing cold it felt like we were in an ice bath. Multiple guests were complaining and the one day the bartender was there he mentioned he had already said something to the front desk and would say something again. Our very last day was the only day the pool was tolerable! Not to mention they have a “sauna” that they offered and was non-existent. I didn’t really care cause I’m in Hawaii it’s hot already who needs that lol but MULTIPLE guests were pissed off by this. Will continue on “to many characters”

Had trouble getting in to our room,second day air stop working. Needs microwave in rooms.Liked the service and cleanlinnss.

I like the two balconies that was pretty cool. Didn’t like the laundry room, to small plus during my stay one dryer worked out of two.

The staff were very polite and attentive, although the hotel was definitely not up to par. My room had broken furniture and runny faucets that made it difficult to sleep at night, there was also construction which didn’t help. The pool was small.

Our stay was amazing. Only downfall was parking is way too small and very limited. Wish there was more privacy for the bathroom doors

The hotel was fantastic! My room was spacious and the views were amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, and anything else in Waikiki. The staff were friendly and even gave some amazing recommendations on where to go during my stay. I’ll be booking here again for next year’s trip!

Clean and great valet, friendly staff. Very small pool area

This was a fantastic place to stay to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We stayed in Terrace 6 suite and loved the outdoor space. The monkey pod was a great perk for snacks, drinks and views. We loved to pool area and all of the staff at the hotel were so kind and friendly. It was great to be able check our luggage with them since we had to checkout long before our flight out. Definitely recommend Hotel La Croix!

Marketing makes this place look like a million bucks! Reality is they are going thru renovations & the renovations have been done are by elementary or extremely inexperienced contractors & the Hotel hasn't done it's due diligence to check the units before putting guests in them. No irons, no coffee makers, no towel racks in the bathroom, shower wall not sealed & floods bathroom, upside down toilet paper holder, shower heads installed improperly, a/c doesn't cool, refrigerator doesn't cool, etc. When complained staff was friendly & helpful but, the work was so poor there's nothing they can do. Maintenance guy overwhelmed & knows about the problems so, that means upper management doesn't care. When asked for the GM at checkout. He/she never bothered to come out. Sent the marketing guy who was wonderful & helped soften the blow. 1-10 only because the staff minus the GM was great. Stay Away from this place.

Positive first, All staff was friendly and helpful with info. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean. Location of hotel is pretty good. The cons: LOTS of sub-par "renovations" visual. The overall condition of room items/furniture was pretty nasty. Lampshade dust for years, furniture old and musty smelling and looking. The parking garage is so tight, we could not even get the convertible jeep in without closing the top. The balcony railing was partially missing and VERY unstable. I included my photos under my yelp review since you cant post here
