Marina inn is a great place to stay. Excellent location

Had travel issues are called to cancel and they refused. From now on, I’d advice booking the day of if not with a chain hotel.

Mona at the desk was wonderful. I wanted to give her a call due to the loud neighbors up late. They could have been more considerate we felt; they made it difficult to sleep.would have liked to leave window open but too noisy neighbors.

Very pleasantly surprised! EXCELLENT spot for a Bay Area overnight/weekend. We came for a Friday Giants game and stayed here because of the price and proximity to the ferry to the ballpark. We couldn’t get tickets for the ferry (😢) but staying at this place made that disappointment a bit lighter. Amazing how no hotel stress can make other kinks easier to manage. Sure, the “bay” view is the empty marina and The San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport, but that actually was part of the fun. Plenty of water fowl and arriving/departing planes to watch. The airport activity was audible but not loud or disruptive at all. I really enjoyed a couple of cups of coffee, a couple of Js and the departing planes at sunrise. The bed and pillows were some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Comfortable, clean and perfect height for a lil backside boogie. The fridge and tv were even nice. Overall, for the price, probably THE best we’ve stayed in for a Bay Area overnighter. We will most certainly be back but next time we’ll get the Ballpark Ferry tickets way in advance.

Hotel furniture was a bit old and carpet was dirty and sticky

The jets in the hot tub were not working. We purposely booked this hotel for the hot tub as we were running a marathon.

Our room seem to have a light smell of cigarette smoke

Hotel with easy access by car. Rooms are fairly large but not the newest anymore. Located next to the marina as per hotel name, however the marina is an abandoned place which is no longer in use.

Hot tub not working Requested ground floor, not honored

Stayed at this Inn several years ago. Felt that it really hasn't been upgraded or changed much. Staff was nice, and the bed was comfortable, but carpeting was old and fitxtures, etc. could be upgraded.

Housekeeping stole something from me

Holes in sheets, old smelling and tattered furniture.

Good place to stay

Staffs and service good. Access to the room walk to far. The comforter and pillows are not good. Toilet flush too slow, need to improve.

The staff could not have been nicer. Silvia greeted us and gave us cookies and a coupon to the restaurant next-door. She sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport so we could return our rental car. She signed us up for the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Shuttle driver was Amazing and all staff were top-notch. The room was nothing fancy, but it was comfortable. There was a continental breakfast included with our stay. Not a fantastic spread but adequate for our needs.

Great service

Place was clean and staff were friendly. Close to the airport and Bart station and hotel will give you a ride to both places.

They took away a lot of their free breakfast, that has been there for years. Seems to me they are cutting corners.

I always have a great stay! The only negative thing i can say is their internet sucks! I didn’t have much connection and when people calked me they couldn't hear me, it was very frustrating. They need to fix that.

Cute and comfy getaway! It was clean!! No complaints except that we had to pay for parking. But would stay here again for the peace and quiet with a view of water !
