My husbands car got messed up from the hotel and the manger took almost a month to call us back the parking lot like most have cement blocks in the stalls and one of them had a huge nail sticking out that got stuck in my husbands bumper of his car and ripped it off

Rude service when checking in. Lobby for the tower elevator had a weed smell the entire weekend. Room was gross, I mean trow up from previous people in corner. Horrible service at restaurant/bar, sticky table, was told she didn't have time to make me a drink on the bar menu, to come back later and something floating on my beer. To top it off, fire alarm went off at 1am and was told it was nothing.

Bad neighborhood. Homeless people are all over the place. I was awakened at 5 am by a guy loudly speaking on his phone right outside the room. (As you likely have already inferred, the rooms are entered from the outdoors). Not a Raddison-caliber property. The staff was top notch, though.

Old hotel. Dark. Scarey. I was concerned about my safety just walking to my room.

Over all my stay was good, my room was clean at checking, except for one young lady the staff was great, a little noise at night but not to the point that it bothered me, the ice machine was a little slow giving me ice. The hotel was clean. I enjoyed my stay, I can say that I would recommend The Radisson hotel. For a nice quiet stay. The lawn may need a little bit of care. thanks.

This hotel had two areas that were nice. One was the lobby, and beds were comfortable. Everything else was disgusting. Very important to read this last part, double check when you stay there that they have not tampered with the latch that connects to the frame of the door because they had chiseled it away so that they didn't have to use a card and break into steal our things. Good thing I checked it! They gave us another room but really other compensation would have been nice. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

Shuttle to and from airport is great! Within walking distance of Coliseum and BART Station.

The staff here were very kind and really appreciated their help. I arrived early and the transportation and check in was fine. They were able to get me a room so as I took my walk to the room I wasn’t really impressed at all with hotel.. it’s pretty ran down and not kept up to date. So I finally got to the room provided and I swipe the room key to open the door, the room was occupied and I may have awaken the giant that was in there as soon as I saw that I closed the door and headed back to the lobby for another room, please! Got the new room and the room situations take you back to the old school ways of traveling and getting a room for the night, maybe I’m just traveling to Las Vegas so much cuz this was no where to those hotel arrangements. Anyways staff nice hotel needs to be updated.. restaurant was good enough breakfast was fine. There’s a reason why the Athletics management is trying to ditch the town.

Very clear hotel and friendly staff. Only thing restaurant closed at 9pm. This time was too early for those of us who returned after 10pm

Great location. So easy check un and check out process. Everyone so friendly. Breakfast down stairs was great too. Single lady was moving.

Staff was awesome! It’s unfortunate that the area is not a safe environment for families. I hope Oakland does something to make a difference for you employees.

The property is run down and there is clearly no interest in making it look any better

Very bad area

Hotel has a bad smell of mildew and something else. Overwhelming and strong. Restaurant had only one staff trying to take care of everyone and I think cook too. Parking lot doesn't have enough handicapped parking.

Pleasent stay

The only good was how close it was to collisium, it was run down and poorly taken care. The staff at front was polite.

Service is treble

The condition of the hotel was very dirty, stinky, bed bugs, was unable to sleep due to the bug’s bite all throughout the night. Worst experience ever in my life. The outside environment was so flirty with urine smell..I can’t even express enough of how much this hotel condition was.

Honesty in reviewing is the only thing that makes a review worth anything: On arrival, I was sent to my first "non-smoking" room. It was immediately clear that weed had been smoked in the room recently. I called the front desk to be relocated. The second non-smoking room had also clearly - not faintly - been smoked in. I was tired enough at this point that relocating to another hotel was out of the question. So despite being a non-smoker and detesting the smell of stale cigarette smoke, I opted to stay. The bed appeared clean. The bathroom less so. There were spots in front of the toilet, which kept me in my shoes as a sanitary measure. I'm afraid I wouldn't consider returning, and would advise any friend who asked to look somewhere else too. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. And there may have been other aspects of the property that were great. I wouldn't know. I was only there for a clean, comfortable night's rest. And the room did not help with that goal.

Very convenient to the coliseum

The stay was good for the one night that I was there. Room was clean, amenities nice. Had an issue with the deadbolt not locking but I just wedged the high backed chair against the door and wall as a precautionary measure. I think that the hotel is doing what it can based on the area that it is in. Staff was nice and very presentable.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The facility needs improvement. The area around this hotel is not safe, but I felt safe “on” the property.
