The customer service was amazing, however our room was smelling moldy and the carpet was wet.. I’m not sure if they had cleaned something or there’s a plumbing issue/leakage. In addition, it was really inconvenient that our room keys stopped working and we had to replace them least 3 times within our stay. Walking back and forth to the room and front desk was very inconvenient and frustrating!

Check In was quick and easy. This was a last minute stay. Booked an hour ahead around 11pm at night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I have stayed here a few times with no issue.

We stayed at this hotel because it is close to the arena. The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. I got in line for coffee at exactly 10am, but the barista said she couldn't take my order since they close at 10. It would have been nice to accommodate a quick coffee as there isn't anything else close by except a very dirty Dunkin Donuts with terrible service. The rooms were perfectly fine, but there was definitely noise from other rooms that woke us up. The outside is what is disturbing. The entire complex is gated luckily, but there is still a homeless encampment all along the street behind the hotel. Overall, if you need a hotel at the airport or close to the arena, it's a good choice.

Our thoughts are that housekeeping absolutely must have known the issues in the room because they would not have been able to clean properly. It made for a very inconvenient stay as we had to switch rooms at 10:00 at night with our young granddaughter in tow. Housekeeping must be brought to task for this oversight on their part.

This was a decent stay for a night before flying out of Oakland. The hotel was clean and very quiet, even foe being near the airport. The parking area is gated, which was reassuring.

I was there for a concert and just stayed the night as I had an event the next day. It was a good stay overall, close to food and stuff.

The front desk clerks & bellman were great. The rooms need remodeling. Not up to the Marriott standard. The location is frightening. My lyft driver was excellent. The coffee pot didn't work in my room.

Was stuck in the elevator and I was handled very quickly. I applaud the young lady who got us out. She responded quickly.

Prepare to pay $23.00 for parking with no security. Other than that the place was fantastic.

We stayed at this hotel over the recent weekend as we were in town for a concert. Pros - -we arrived at noon due to an early flight and they were able to get us in early. Much appreciated! -We engaged with staff all over the hotel and they were all very nice and eager to assist with any issues we had -Cafe in the hotel had decent food and the prices were reasonable -The area in general is a dump, but the grounds inside the fenced in grounds are pretty nice and enjoyable to relax in. I never felt unsafe. -Complimentary waters in the room (my last hotel charged us so this was a nice item) -Coffee and Tea available in the lobby once the cafe closes at 10am Cons - -Not able to connect your phone to watch Youtube or Netflix which is a feature I really like in some other hotels. Only cable channels were available -The Pool was VERY cold. I would have liked it to be somewhat heated to be enjoyable. -Everytime I went outside people were smoking on grounds and near the pool/firepit. -The AC never got really cold. It always felt a bit humid. -3 of the ice machines were not working.

Great staff, great rooms

Only here for one night before early morning flight out of OAK. Car was stolen from the parking lot overnight. “Security guard” on site but obviously didn’t help. Could not in good faith recommend this hotel due to this.
