Don’t travel to this place if you need internet! They have 3 or 4 wifi connections and none worked. When I called they told me yes it goes in out nothing we could do! I was on a business trip which is unacceptable. I call this false advertising. Carpets are stained and needs a massive makeover. They should drop their rates

A great aparthotel right in the heart of CBD and just across the road from Queen Street Mall, the main shopping street in Brisbane. Great heritage (111 years old!) With classic furnishing yet convenient with modern amenities like washer and dryer, fridge and dishwasher, microwave and such. Very near to the botanical garden and running route along the river.

This was our second stay at Royal Albert. Great place to stay to explore Brisbane City with just a short walk to bus & train stations. The hotel no longer has its own parking facilities, so we parked literally across the road at 140 Elizabeth Street. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. We will stay there again.

For the price you pay it was well below standard carpet filthiest ive seen furniture torn electrical sockets loose and coming out the wall and also with the roadworks that have been ongoing for a number of years access is difficult

The property is nice, a bit dated and poor lighting in rooms/bathrooms. Very busy around the property especially with the construction happening. Unable to access the car park so had to park at the shopping centre which was close by, but had to drag luggage thought shopping centre to get to hotel and back. Ok for a 2 night stay.

Romantic & charming hotel, renovated with style. Best Brisbane CBD location someone wish for shopping. Parking 30 for 24 hours in Uptown centre can be arranged at reception (1 exit only).

Hotel was in a good spot. Air conditioner in room was faulty. Kitchen light did not work. Bedroom lamp had no globe in it. Very hard to get Hotel to do anything about problems with room. Hotel was full so could not change rooms. Very disappointing for a 4 star establishment.

We have booked two rooms as a group through Wotif. Hotel has booked us into different floors which was quite inconvenient. After mentioning it during the first booking Hotel has done the same for our second booking as well. Very disappointing.

The noise from next door was super unbearable.
My Bond hasn't been refunded after I had checked out 4 days ago, after sending message via Expedia App, and tried for half hour phoning the hotel line, totally no answers....the communication is poor as....so I have to send an email at last, hopefully I can hear from them re my bond and get it refunded soon

Receptionist on duty at check in gave me attitude and then laughed at me when i questioned if the internet was going to be fixed. Homeless out the front in Albert st asking for smokes and money. There is no carparking at the hotel so you are forced to park at Queens St mall, $27 overnight. Glasess and plates were dirty and some had dust on them, couch had crumbs on it, fingerprints on glass, curtians in both main bedroom and loungeroom broken. - Best to stay elswhere.

Please amend to reflect 2pm and not 1pm as shows now.
The construction works in the street outside means a walk to the end of the block to obtain a taxi - ground very uneven if you have a suitcase on wheels.
