They put us in wrong room which was disgusting. Carpet was smelly and torn. New room was better but there were a few cockroaches.

The room was in horrible condition! Dirty bathroom with dirty wash cloth on the shower. Bed sheets stained! Rusty old bathtub and tile.

The room stunk. The door appeared that the police department broke into it the door facing and door did not meet together. We put the ironing board there so no one could see in from the hallway. The smell of marijuana in the hallway was bad. The bathroom nasty. Bathtub the drained was rusted out. The floor was damp. Will not stay there again

Bed and sheets were clean. Floor was filthy. Gum crushed in carpet. Carpet threadbare with holes and stains. Couch was heavily stained. Sink faucet sprayed everywhere. Toilet did not flush in the morning. Smoke smell drifting in and out all night. Checked out one day early to find new place. Photos were not of this hotel

Cockroaches, burn marks on furniture. No service, no clean bathroom. 2 week notice also.

The first room was decent but not very clean. The second room on the lower level was awful! Very dirty and dark. Smelled of mildew, toilet leaked, sink didnt work right, sliding door barely opened. The bedding was dirty, cleaning lady never came by to offer anything.

The room was very dirty. There was a discarded joint behind the dresser. There was the obvious smell of mold in the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was stained, the bed was stained, the couch was stained. There were crumbs under the microwave. The AC quit working. There were spots and stains all over the walls. Overall it was disgusting. Stay away.

Rooms were dirty and not smelling good wear cushions broken and sheets i had to stay due to non othe hotels available around even i change room and same thing.

Very filthy room, bag cover smoke alarm, shower water flood in bathtub poor drain, refrigerator isnt cold, anf awful smelling also in hallway too. We will not go back that hotel.

Found a random pair of shoes in my room, the bedframe was broken, and there was a wig in my pillowcase

I didn’t like that I got put on the DO NOT Reservation LIST. Me and my family was there a year ago while trying to find a new place. Everything was good, food, staff, and facility. One night a rain storm hit. It damaged the windows, as in, it was detaching from the wall. I reported it the same night and the maintenance came looked at it that morning and laid towels on the ledge and never came back. I figured they didn’t move us due to not having another double suite available. It’s still raining the next day so we had to move everything that was on that side because it was wetting the rug. We had him come back again few days later cause it rained some more and water was coming down the cracks of the ledge and wall so the air conditioner isn’t working. He comes move the bed and fixed the problem but the window never got fixed and the rug was getting wetter and our hand vacuum cleaner was to small for that. We ended up moving out after my sister-in-law said we could stay with her. What I’m not understanding is if I choose to overlook that experience and come back for one night and you let me check in why wasn’t I on that list then. Also when I received the call on my cellphone, front attendant says I have to check out because there was a report that I had a lot of people in my room last night. And I said no ma’am I was told no more than 4 people and it was just us 4 and we were sleep because my work is @6am. Then she said well you have to check out because you’re on the list.

There was a bed bug crawling on my arm. Infirmed front desk and we were only given a number to call. Left as soon as we could. No refund given. Bad deal

Room was disgusting, sheets had mold and body fluid stains. The fire alarm in the room kept beeping. Room itself was dingy and dank smelling. Hallways reeked of sour water, mold, and weed.

The hotel is terrible. Dirty rooms, very dirty roons. A lot drug arround the hotel and inside. Never see something like that. Don’t recommend to anyone. The employees are good people but there’s noting they can do about the bad structure from the hotel. Carpet was the dirty thing that a see in my life also the bads.

I really didn't like it the water was cold the breakfast was nasty and the entire building smekks like mold.

This was one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed at. The rug was stained, the top sheets smelled, there was a couple of cockroaches roaming around the bathroom sink. The shower bathroom tiles had mold in them. Never again!!!!

Omgwtfidk was paid to keep this place on listed on vacation sites but.....07/23/24 as of this date and anytime in near future.....DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! It was under a long overdue hard core extreme remodel! Holes in the carpeting,mold in the shower,toilet tank lid not correct size,unable to put either incorrectly sized lockin bars on the slidin door to patio,shredded curtain on said doors,the beautiful landscaping consisted of overgrown weeds, DEAD plants, and unitified dried plants......with constant round the clock work and HUGELY ENORMOUS amounts of TLC this place might reach substarndard in a couple years

WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE TO CHECK IN AND WAS GIVEN MY ROOM, I WENT TO MY ROOM AND IT SMELLEDLIKE CIGAR SMOKE YUCK.WHEN I WENT BACK TO ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM. I TOLD THE LADY AT THE DESK I WAS GOING BUT I WILL BE BACK. I CAME BACK AND THEY AGREED THE ROOM WAS SMOKE FILLED AND GLADLY CHANGED MY ROOM, ENJOYED A NICE COMFORTABLE BED A NICE WARM SHOWER AND THE AC WAS GOOD.

The entire property had an odd odor to it, and there were stains on the sheets that I didn't want to think about. There were people talking loudly in the parking lot well past midnight. I would not choose to stay here again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS ROACH MOTEL. You’ve been warned. This place needs to be condemned. Truly the health department needs to get in here and shut this place down immediately. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before I booked our stay and it was an epic failure. The whole place is infested with mold and mildew. Blood splatter on the walls, everything from the headboards hanging off the walls, the locks not working, holes In carpets, hair all over the bathrooms, stains covering the bedding/sheets. I’m crawling out of my skin just thinking about how awful it was. Kathy, the worker was so sweet and that’s the only redeeming quality.
