They didn’t clean the room overnight for a two night stay! So didn’t get fresh towels or coffee and small other things! Then added more charges to credit card after checking out

First time staying at this hotel and it was terrible! The hallway carpets looked like (and smelled like) they have not been steam cleaned in months. The wallpaper was literally coming off the wall in the bathroom. There’s no fitted sheets on the beds. They just had a regular sheet over the top of the mattress. Two outlets didn’t work. There are zero amenities at this hotel. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge but found out you pay extra for a room with a mini fridge. The front desk staff was super nice but the line was very long and they are slow at checking in. I would not recommend this property at all! Bally’s needs to spend some money on cleaning and updates.

$70 charges for using Hotels.com of which $50 would be returned. Why the hidden fee?????

Need to have larger Tv's in the rooms.

Hand towels but no bath towels No place to get coffee or drink before 7 so if you are a early riser forget it casino doesn’t have drinks anywhere but you couldn’t bring your own water in

This Hotel needs new carpet everywhere - the cigarette smoke smell from the casino has saturated the hotel too and the stench is awful.

Never stayed at a casino - so we thought we'd try it as the price reasonable for a downtown location. Despite an ADDITIONAL "resort fee", there were no desk staff or noticeable amenities. Room was dusty and dated. While labeled a non-smoking room, it didn't matter as all public spaces (not in the casino) and the room smelled of stale smoke.

Clean hotel with great staff and next door to the Bally’s casino. Room was comfortable and everything worked as it should. The only reason it is not excellent is that it’s in need of a remodel. Old fixtures and appliances with wallpaper peeling off, kind of accentuated this reasoning. Everyone I met working there were polite and efficient, so I would still recommend this place.

Impossible to avoid massive 2nd hand smoke. Disappointing restaurants and facilities for the resort fee.

Hotel was not clean. Requested non-smoking room, but gave us a room in Legends tower so we had to walk through the smoke filled casino to go in / out.

Stayed on the Tower Side of the casino resort. Much much better quality of room. The King was perfect. The only missing option is more eating options on location. The steakhouse is awesome. The pork chop is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised reading the scalloped potatos. Very very good.

I liked easy access to the casino but they need to do something about the garbage smell.

Didn't like that we have a refrigerator in the room and the ice machine on our floor didn't work.

The hotel itself was nice enough, if was clean and when I could find someone to help me the service was good. It was hard to find people when I checked in. Plenty of free parking but not much for late night food options

First time is Evansville. It will now become a yearly visit for me.

Good location. Limited food service. Toilet ran excessively. Smoking casino. Should be non smoking.

For the money was not worth the stay. Room needs a good cleaning-floors especially.

This Hotel is in need of renovation. The only change is the name on the sign "Bally's. It is extremely overpriced based on the appearance of the hotel room. I will not recommend nor stay at this Hotel again unless it is complimentary.
