We were greeted by very friendly staff when we came in the front door they took care of our reservation right away and gave us a wonderful room. Also had popcorn waiting for us. Very friendly a welcome change because we were going to stay at another hotel in Williamsburg and it was horrible.

It was a good stay. Very quiet and nice remote location. The first room had no working phone or TV, but the dront desk staff was quick to address that and get me to another room. Like the fact that washers and dryers were just down the hall.

Very close to Convention Center. I ran the Crawlin Crab half-marathon, so this location was very convenient. Glad to be able to fix my own food in my room, which was very clean and comfortable.

Every time my family visit VA we stay at The Sonesta. But I notice this is time hooks and towel paper holder falling off the walls. Management should do a sweep of the rooms from time to time.

The hotel is out dated. I realized the next morning there a piece of a condom wrapper in between m6 pillows and the comfoter had stains on it. I showed to front desk. Said general manager would reach out and they did not. No coffee available for guests in the lobby.

It was run down old counters worn doors and smelled like old smoke inside. The first floor window felt like it could be opened so I put enough toiletries in the well so no one could open it on me.

Like that that they have other appliances that you can ask the front desk to use during your stay like a blender or waffle maker etc...wanted to use the air fryer but it was gone our whole stay. I would stay here again we had NO issues! oh the gym does need the wipes refilled as they were out the 3 days we were there.

I stayed at this hotel for ten days due to military reasons. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially considering the quality and price. Most of the staff is polite, though some members of the front desk were occasionally a bit curt and unprofessional.
The main issue I encountered was with lost and found management. I left early on a Friday morning and unfortunately forgot a large scale in my room, which I had purchased for my trip. When I returned in the afternoon to retrieve it, the front desk told me that nothing had been found. Considering the size of the item, I’m surprised it wasn’t located.
I leave it to the readers to draw their own conclusions about the quality of the housekeeping service. If it weren’t for this incident, I would have rated my stay higher.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking. You need a car or Uber to get to restaurants/entertainment but I was already aware of that. Room was clean and comfortable. The HVAC system in the room was quiet which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is a bit dated, but was on par for the room price. No complaints

Well when I went to he the pillows and sheet have a smell. I called the front desk and spoke to a lady, she was nice and brought me clean one

Arrived about two hours early and tried to check in. Was told I had to wait until 4pm even though there was only about 10 cars parked at the entire hotel. I felt they could have at least check to see if they had at least one clean room. Can’t say I’ll be staying there again.

easy and great check in experience. host cultivated a playlist based on the artist everyone was in town to see which was nice little touch.

Nice room, with lots of extras we didn’t even get to try. Cooktop, gym, laundry. We notified the staff of a toilet problem and it was fixed promptly. Convenient parking in a quiet neighborhood.
