It was old. Everything around seemed abandoned. The hot water for the shower was taking forever to warm up. Since it was very cold outside, we decided to skip the shower and leave.

It would be nice If you would let me know which hotel your referring to ? Either way both stays were nice for an overnighter.

Everything was clean. The room was more than adequate. Best part was having pancakes and fresh coffee for breakfast. I would enjoy staying there again.

Staff get a 10 out of 10 for friendly and professional. Having to pay $10 for my dogs stay should have been disclosed on hotels.com. Room was clean and comfortable but needs general maintenance. The breakfast was sad for selection but probably accurate for the price we paid. If you want a clean place to sleep and don’t care about water damage in the bathroom and light fixtures coming out of the walls. For the price the beds were nice. Just don’t be to uptight about the conditions of rooms.

When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...

Only TV screen has 3 spots on it. Need a new TV for the room.

Definitely worth the money. A good room with comfortable bed makes you sleep good. Poor breakfast in the morning, but with that price you can’t ask for more

Like many motels, Rodeway needs updating. Carpet was dirty, wallpaper peeling off, sink faucet needs replacing. Had treading lamp, but to outlet to plug into. Did have a nice TV, shower was good and bed comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. All in all, the price was good considering.

Could be cleaner. I chose this one over its neighbor because it said there were cribs available and the pictures were very nice. And was disappointed when i arrived to find out they do not offer cribs like it said and the floor was filthy.

All went well

I was what it was, a $50 roadside motel. It served its purpose for a weary traveler. Bed and shower was all i needed. It also had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. So that was nice.

Overall , lodging was satisfactory .

Room was clean and it kind of exceeded my expectation. It is a gem tucked away in the desert. Breakfast was modest, but enough to get the day started. Will stay again in the future.

It was reasonable and friendly people

Very friendly, still accommodated me even with a late check in. Room was some what clean, bathroom was dirty. It was quiet, and no problems. Good night sleep.

The room and hotel itself wasnt bad at all. Easy access, clean room, comfy bed, everything worked. Front desk gave a quick check in. Only disliked thing I have to say is, we were allowed by front desk to have a late check out, which is noon, but right at 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door repeatedly none stop until we answered and gave us attitude about the late chekout, saying they never told her and urging us to leave. Communication is a must! Otherwise, great stay.

the place was easy to find the staff are so nice and helpful. easy access to our room. ample room in the room. and best of all pet friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in Gallup and the surrounding area.

Place in need of updating. They're trying to keep it clean but too old. No way for seniors or handicap to stay there.

It is sunday March 26. I made a complaint last week about the staff leaving my door open for a day and a half. They were very nice and apologized for it. But, a couple days later the room next to mine and across from mine were rented out. All this week they've been playing music with loud bass. I can feel it in my room. They leave their doors open as if they're roommates and the hotel is their apartment. Since I've stayed here I only complained once about the noise and it stopped promptly. Today, I've had to complain three times about the noise. The last time I called the front desk the attendant sounded like she was mad at me. I can understand their frustration, but damn, it's not like I'm lying. Anyone can clearly hear the bass in the hallway. The front desk have asked me several times if I'm working or have a job. I told them no. I guess they're trying to motivate me to leave. I can't imagine I'm that much of an eyesore considering we're in the middle of the desert. But anyway, that's my complaint.

The man who checked me in was rude. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and filthy. There was dried pee on the toilet. Stains running down the walls. Floor wasnt vacuumed. Hair on the linens. Door didn't close all the way. Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.
