Staff was very nice, can’t say it was the cleanest place we’ve stayed. We stayed for 2 nights, had an issue with the air conditioner not working after the first night. Staff was awesome, tried to fix it but ended up moving us to another room, again they were very nice. The “sofa sleeper ” was not very comfortable and I would not recommend for any adult but worked ok for our 3 year old. Couches in both rooms were stained and didn’t look very nice. Pool was kind of gross and the hot tub was disgusting. Pool Water was cloudy and the hot tub had dirt floating in the water. Water was green and dirt on the walls of the hot tub (couldn’t even smell chlorine). Overall, the rooms were decent size, bed was comfortable (minus the sleeper sofa which was not a traditional sofa sleeper). Bathrooms were clean and decent water pressure. Breakfast was so so but it was complimentary so I won’t complain.

It was an awesome stay. I will book again at this motel and recommend it to friends and family.

I liked the easy access from the interstate and all of the restaurants. The hotel was quiet staff were prompt and very nice and the breakfast was great!

Nice staff. Clean, but room 211 has some spots on bathroom floor and needs to be recaulked around tub.

The sofa was dirty.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. My room felt clammy—-towels and sheets clammy also. There was a lot of noise in the evening from someone pounding something outside the room. There was a duvet on the bed which was way too warm for the season. With the duvet on it was too hot; without it was too cold. Won’t be staying here again. Why do hotels think duvets are a good idea?

The staff is outstanding. The check in was fast. The customer service person made coffee. She was very friendly and helpful!

Very nice area, easy to find, great restaurant close by. We were greeted warmly by our hostess. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was well needed.

The manager and front desk person were very helpful in fixing a mistake I made with my dates of stay! I appreciated that so much! Everyone was very friendly! The hotel was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was great!!!

Very convenient to the I-75 in Georgetown. Lots of dining and businesses nearby. Nice.

Location is great. But for the money, the room was old, carpet worn out, hair behind the bed, bathroom seemed moldy and made us sneeze, room a bit musty even with the A/C on. Fan wouldn’t run continuously so it clicked on and off all night albeit it was quiet. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent enough. But overall the place is just getting run down and needs a deep cleaning.

Enjoyed stay, everything we wanted for this stay.

We checked in and staff was friendly. We went to our room and it was not clean and smelled like smoke. It still had peoples stuff in it. They did not have a room that would accommodate but would not give us a discount on penthouse room which was the only room available that would fit my family of five. Waiting on refund.

The heat/air could not be turned off in our room without cutting off the plug circuit switch and tub didn’t have plug for bath. Had to have them change out the plate. It was very noisy at night

Please do not publish this, but since you asked ‘how can it be improved upon’.. we ve stayed at several comfort suites lately and the following were noticeably absent at this Georgetown location…. A no coffee bar B water is available but other locations have lemon infused water C no cookies or snacks available as at other locations D laundry area… very messy, I mentioned it to the front desk person, but no attention was given in the time I washed and dried. E since there was no coffee, hot tea bar, I made a cup in the room, but tea supply was scant and cups had no lids. F the lobby displays the 8.x rating… don’t be proud of a B, go for an A. G front desk person was efficient Thank you.

Very good location, dining options, fuel options, close enough to interstate and quiet.
