3 different people approched us in parking lot about not checking in here. The rooms are nasty.
We left & stayed some place else.
May not be using your site again in the future.
They charged my card $100. My card is not supposed to be on file with you guys. I was going to pay at the hotel at check in. I want a full refund.

Upon arrival, the hotel is located not in the best area. The first room I was given did not have a tv. Requested a different room, inside that room the kitchenette counter top had a chunk of laminate broken off. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, above the vanity the ceiling was wet possibly from a leak coming from the room above. The vent fan didn’t work and the grill for the fan was falling off. There was an odor throughout the entire building. No continental breakfast. Only vending machines.

This particular Extended Stay really stands out! Traffic is insane around it but the staff and environment is almost like youre in another city. Ive been through homelessness and stayed at nearly all the reasonably priced hotels in the area and there hasnt been a single one able to be safe and quiet, clean, AND kind and compassionate as well as accomodating all in one. So far this place has nailed it. Its definitely home until my next permanent home is ready.

the price's didn't match the poor quality of the whole hotel. free breakfast was a joke , appliances in my room were old and rusty . shower diverter had large leaks and weakened the water pressure. air conditioner worked well.

Poorly maintained. Seemed more like a flophouse than a chain hotel. The shower curtain rod was detaching from the wall, allowing substantial amounts of water to reach the floor. Clearly it had been this way for a long time, as the bathroom floor had suffered water damage. The side of the refrigerator was covered with rust. I'm glad I hadn't booked for more than one night.

The room we were in was certainly well used. There was even a period stain on the sheets, and not a stain that had been washed either.

The place had bed bugs I informed the front desk took pictures of the bugs waited for the manager to call but he never did. I clean the bed washed the linen sprayed bleach and alcohol all over bed. I just upset because no one tried to reach out or anything. I had videos and photos.

This property was filthy, noisy, in a bad area, and the staff were extremely unprofessional. As soon as I got there I canceled my reservation after seeing the facility and my room, I was disgusted.

Sketchy location with homeless people hanging around the property. Elevator not working on morning of departure so had to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Dark hallways. Definitely would not book again.

The key system was broken so there is no key to the room which was strange to have someone escort you to your room. The smell in the lobby was fowl like wet clothes. The furniture seems like the staff tries their best but it is all worn and damaged. The staff was great very friendly the property was the issue will not book again

Stayed at this location for a week to celebrate daughter's graduation. The location was clean inside and out, parking was easy.

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to. The pot smoke from the other rooms was so thick you could see it in the hallway! We checked in seen how nasty the room was and smelled of mold. We checked out and went to a different hotel

Friendly staff at check in and comfortable room for a quick 1 night stay. Smokers directly out front smoking next to the "nos smoking within 100 feet" sign, lots of homeless people hanging out around the perimeter although harmless, and stained carpets in room.

No internet. None. Period. I even called technical support twice and they couldnt help. When I went up front the receptionist cut me off and told me thats not their problem. My fridge didnt work, it was hot. My room didnt stink but it stunk everywhere else in the hotel.

Room Smelled heavily of smoke even though advertised as a non smoking hotel.
Awoke to small roaches crawling on bedside table.
Furniture, rugs, countertops, and floor exhibited heavy cigarette burns.
Some staff very helpful while others were too busy on their smoke breaks outside to be bothered answering questions. This happened on multiple occasions.
It was a great price but I doubt I’d stay here again.

Worst experience I’ve had. We had late check in at 2am. We got a room, go in and it is occupied. As I go inform the front desk of this she said “well no one is suppose to be in this room” she assigns me another room and the room isn’t even clean and the room itself was in very poor condition. We just went and stayed at a different hotel. I do not recommend staying here!

Gross! Do not stay here! Place was gross, stains everywhere, shower rod was pulled out of the dry wall.

Shower rod is barely hanging on the walls at each end. Night table and dining table are severely damaged. Front desk staff was great!. Management and maintenance are terrible!
