Nothing fancy, but comfortable and quiet. Safe area, while still being close to the highway and other main roads. The in suite kitchens are a plus. Front desk service is always friendly.

Room had a fritos smell to it, bought air freshener to subdue the smell, but it never went away, quiet place super nice staff, just the room smelling bad would be my only really big problem.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Property is a little outdated but is quaint. Rooms need better lighting.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it has changed over the past 2 years. My room had a very fowl smell from the carpet. I had to go out and purchase plugins, candles and carpet fresh for my room. There was no remote for TV and no iron in the room and I had to go and ask for them. I had to take my trash out to the dumpster and that was the new to me! They even counted the towels I had and chastised me on the replacements. The hotel has always been an extended stay with a kitchenette, but the guest were workers at Chrysler from other countries. They had breakfast and sometimes nice evening snacks. Totally a different place now and the maintenance has gone down tremendously. The lights in the parking lot were out for 6 of 9 days I was there.
It use to be a Marriott and now Choice Hotel. I will never stay at this location again!

We arrived, looked at the room, and left. There was blood on the mattress and blood smear on the wall from others killing bedbugs. The room reeked of chemical bedbug spray. The room was dirty and the floor was not vacuumed. Ultimately, we didnt feel comfortable staying the night, so we checked out early. The staff member at the desk was friendly and understanding. Overall 1/5 experience, we will not be going back.

Checked in just after our 3pm check-in time. Room was not ready for another hour. Key cards didn't work when we returned late. Had to have them rescanned at front desk. Keys still didn't work.
Hotel was in disrepair and needs major renovations. Dirty dingy carpet throughout room and hotel and our non smoking room smelled like stale smoke.

i did not like this property, the place was dirty and it smelled bad and i did not feel safe. i left after 3 hours of staying there. i want expedia to reimburse me.

The layout was nice, but there weren't enough blankets, towels, or pillows, and they had very few replacements. There were also bugs and staff was rarely present at the front desk.

Sadly, this property is poorly maintained. The exterior needed maintenance, peeling paint, rotting sills, unmowen grass. The sofabed in our room was broken and had a stained slip cover over it. The kitchen faucet had a major leak, the bathroom faucet only had hot water. Cleanliness was subpar. The overall feeling was one of a tired, neglected property.

It was clean and quiet. I felt safe there. No housekeeping until a week stay but it took three requests to get them to actually show up.

Honestly we cut our losses & left before we even unpacked our bags. It was simply gross & eerie.The entire place smelled, stains on all the floors and walls. The room was borderline yellow and felt out of a horror movie. There was an individual possibly 2, tweaking on something in the lobby and outside the entire time we checked in and when we returned. My husband & I are by no means luxury people, so our standards are low but this place simply made us uncomfortable from the moment we parked our car until the moment we walked out. Very outdated and felt misleading.

My room had bedbugs and I got bitten up very bad. I was there for two weeks and received no room service in that time. They run on a skeleton crew so you have to hunt someone down for needs. I asked for more toilet paper and they had to check records for five minutes to make sure I could have more. Very sketchy crowd staying there. Lots of displaced folks.

Staff was nice, but our room was awful. Booked a queen, but I didn't get one. There was a huge brown water stain on the ceiling above the bed. There was more water damage on the bathroom ceiling. There was a huge chunk of wall missing behind the toilet that they covered with a loose piece of linoleum tile. The shower drained so slow the water was ankle deep after five minutes. Bathroom vanity sink was also broken. Small tv. No closable curtain on the window which made sleeping-in impossible. I would not recommend this place. They even told us to take our own garbage to the dumpster if we had any. The parking lot had several chunks missing.

It was good, the only thing that you could make it better is having your room clean everyday. I had to keep going to the front desk and asking for towels and stuff. Other than that I was satisfied

I had several weird occurrences happen in my room. Each night progressively got worse. I stayed for five days. I had weird noises, as though someone was walking around my bed, hand pressures around my body as I was trying to sleep, mattress shaking under me, creepy shadow hands dangling above my head on another night, and on the worst day, as I was showering, it was though a hand was reaching forcefully through the shower curtain! Don’t stay on the third floor. The whole room felt energetically dark and creepy. Maybe I’m sensitive to spirits ….. but I’m pretty sure there’s a demon or ghost lurking in the room 310.

This place is a dump. Stinks in the entire hotel, stained carpets, broken doors, mouldy shower, stinky bed. Sketchy people in lobby. No breakfast. Never stay here. We actually had to leave to stay at another hotel and this place wouldn’t even refund us. Horrible.

Staff keeps downstairs bathroom locked so they don't have to clean it. Also they gym is not worth using except cardio.

Unprofessional desk staff for check in and check out. The bed was very hard and hurt both of our backs. The closet smelled like pee.
Otherwise, it was quiet and near the freeway and plenty of places to eat. I was also very affordable and we felt fairly safe. It was ok for a quick llace to sleep but because of the hard beds we wont be staying here again.

The hotel isn't bad, but definitely needs some upgrades. The room I stayed in the door was stuck to get in or out. The room was decent though. Separate sleeping area was great. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed over Labor Day weekend and I cannot believe the price we paid for such a dirty, smelly, uncomfortable room. What really sealed the deal for a 1 star rating was that a front desk worker (heard her tell someone else she was from corporate) would only give us 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us staying. So we had to share towels! There were mystery stains everywhere, floor to ceiling. Mold in the bathroom. They can’t even invest in a magic eraser to remove the dirt from around the door handles or light switches. The only positive thing I can say is that the Friday night front desk worker came in and unclogged the tub drain for us, which should not have been her job! This place really ought to be condemned.

Had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to front door. People smoking 10-15 feet from entry. I alerted staff but no change during our 3-night stay. Lobby and hallways were worn out and carpeting very dirty but room was quite clean, to my surprise. Staff members were pleasant. Towels and sheets were terribly thin and worn!!

Checked in at 4pm rooms weren't ready. Gave us 2 different rooms and one of the rooms the old bedding was laying on a chair and the bed was unmade.

Service was fine, but did not like location it felt very unsafe, unsupervised children , 2 scary big dogs(Dobermans) came into the lobby and one of the dogs even touched me, the owner didn’t even say sorry, there was it spots in the ceiling of the lobby, there was a funny smell as well, in the parking lot there was a note stating that the hotel is not responsible if a car get damaged or stolen. There was also a black mini van that seemed to be broken into, that had a black bag bag over drivers door and looked like if it has had been sitting there for a while. We decided not to stay we check in and checked right out did not even go into the hotel room

The room smelled horrible. There were stains all over the carpet. The bed was literally caving in. It was so uncomfortable. We would have left and found something more accommodating but we arrived late at night and needed to leave early.
Don’t ever book a night at this hotel!!!!!

The room was dirty and smelled horribly of smoke. The toilet was super wobbly and didn’t feel like it was screwed into the ground. The amount of grime layered on all the surfaces was disgusting. We didn’t end up staying, we checked out same day after only a few hours. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
