Very clean hotel and kids enjoyed their stay close to necessary shopping and stores.front desk was very welcoming and polite. Will most definitely return!!

The building is 5/10. The carpet in the room has a musky smell. Limited toiletries, even if you book for 4, they only give for 1. The breakfast food was awful.

The room was excellent, HVAC was perfect, TV was a bit confusing, but not too difficult. The only issue was the shower, water temperature was fine, but the flow was next to nothing. A fine mist was all we could coax out of the shower head. The breakfast was a disappointnent, the auto pancake maker was a new experience for us, however the only syrup was in a bottle, which was almost empty; unsanitary for sure. We got there at 8am, it was opened at 7, and it seemed like they were not interested in keeping it stocked, 2 of the 4 cereal dispensers were empty, yogurt was gone, minimal fruits, and had to search for plates. We ended up going for breakfast after we checked out, so it really had no value.

Upon making the reservation I received a confirmation that allowed a response. I asked for a room with 2 beds in that response and the email indicated I’d get an email from the hotel. That didn’t happen and upon checkin were told no to the request. I have a condition requiring me to sleep alone. We went to our concert then check D out and drove home. Not entirely their fault just not happy with the outcome.

Where do I start? When we first walked into the room the smell was so bad!! This was due to a leaking AC onto the rug. The rug was soaked. Then I looked on top of the shelf next to the door and there was an empty box. The box was a sex toy it was disgusting. Then I saw a signs in the hallway where it said pool. I asked the front desk where the pool was and they said it no longer exists. That I open the curtains of the room and the old pool was in view of our window. Then at about 2am in the morning, it was banging in our walls we couldn't sleep. I called the front desk, the girl kept saying I don't know what the noise is. I asked her to investigate. She kept saying I don't know what you mean and I asked her to come down she never did. She did not care at all about the noise in the walls I believe it was banging pipes. So overall a horrific experience for $170!!!

Was close to the train station, hotel was decent, nothing to complain about.

Body hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. Baseboards in the bathroom haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The king bedroom I had looks like it was once a staff room. The door had a huge poster over the window to cover it. Not sure why it didn’t have a solid door like the others. The room served its purpose as somewhere to sleep. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and quick to provide service when I arrived and checked out.

There is actually nothing bad to say about the hotel. You get what you pay for and it’s not bad. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was a lot of police presence there for the two days we stayed here.

I request for extra towels and they just said a plane a very unfriendly no… they don’t have more

The room had a bad smell, probably from the carpet. They should change the carpet to lament or wooden flooring to avoid the musky smell in the rooms. The cleaning and office staff were very friendly.

The room was not cleaned at all Dirty bath tub. Hair all over the floor The phone had greasy finger prints and crumbs on it. The chair was broken. Couch was dirty. The bed and pillows had persons HAIR on them! the tv had finger prints all over it. The room was WAY over priced for how filthy it was. And the fridge had left over food and garbage inside of it. The bathtub plug was mouldy.

It was really really loud here. I could not sleep.

I did like that it was a quiet 2 floor building, but quite when I went out for a smoke there was no staff sitting at the front desk. The staff was not rude but not necessarily friendly either. The jacuzzi in my room had not been cleaned, there was hair etc, like the previous guests drained it and that’s it. The bathroom tile could use some updating, there were chips in the tile and a super tiny sink for such a huge counter. The room had a weird smell if the AC was turned off.
