When we arrived the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The security guard informed us the receptionist was doing laundry and will be back as soon as she can. The security guard then called the receptionist on his phone and she informed him on the phone that there are no rooms available and acknowledged that they are overbooked. Neither employees offered help and just stated that this is Hotel.com's issue and I should deal with them.
Although I have not seen inside of the room, the lobby appeared to be dirty and outdated. I drove around the hotel property and its appearance is nothing like the picture. The pictures in Hotels.com is nothing like the actual hotels appearance and VERY misleading. The hotel is on a very busy street corner and there were people loitering in the parking lot, outside the lobby, and some are just sitting in their cars, some do not appear to be hotel guests and just loitering in the parking lot.. DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

I didn’t get a room. The front lady said the hotel was overbooked and told me to get a refund and walked out on me. I had a nice lady from Hotels.com, Meiling help me get another hotel room.

The hotel has a lot of dirty smell and the beds are very uncomfortable. It was a really bad experience. I do not recommend it.

Room was very small. We had the kitchenette room that says they provide cookware and dishes byt if you want them you have extra charges. It shows a pic of a pool as the main pic and says they have a pool in there ad, but that's a lie. Water pressure is so bad in shower. Not sure when was the last time the floors got washed, we couldnt go bare foot or our feet got black from dirty floors. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had to get my room changed because the first room smelled like extremely damped carpet and everything was sticky and smelly and smelled like mold was somewhere. My next room didn’t have that smell but was still so dirty. I didn’t bathe or touch anything in the room and was terrified to sleep there since there were bug in and around the room. Never again.

I was charged a deposit and it's not noted until you try and check in. I booked a room at 1am online and paid, but was unable to get my room until 6pm cause i didnt have the money. I'm homeless and my 7yr old granddaughter had no place and even upon calling corporate did nothing. I've requested a downstairs unit and never got it, Customer service is horrible and i do mean extremely horrilble.

I was charged a deposit and it's not noted until you try and check in. I booked a room at 1am online and paid, but was unable to get my room until 6pm cause i didnt have the money. After taking a hour to check in our room key ended up not working. Tried to go back to the lobby where I found it locked and no one was there. Another 30 mins of waiting outside someone shows up. 15 more mins of standing in the lobby I finally get my room key to come into a dirty room. If it wasn’t 1am and I wasn’t so tired I wouldn’t went back down to the lobby. Worst hotel ever.

There were no handicap accessible rooms available for my disabled family member or accommodation near an elevator. Grab and go breakfast was not available. The room was dirty and the rug kept getting stuck under the doir which prevented us from getting in or out of the room. We advised the front desk but it was never taken care of during our 3 night stay.

They charged me a 100$ deposit and it still hasn’t been returned. The toilet didn’t work the outlets didn’t work the fridge had roaches and it had a damp mold smell and feel. I changed rooms and got a bathroom that worked but again the outlets no work and German roaches the front desk doesn’t care she is understaffed anyway

I walked into the bathroom and it looked like somebody used the bathroom right before we got in there. There was a towel on the sink unfolded and a towel on the floor in front of the shower. I also didn’t like that. I had a pounding on my door at 9 o’clock in the morning asking if I was checking out or staying another night when my check Check out completely states that I was leaving today. I did not need a personal alarm clock

Couldn’t find garbage dumpster around the facility, people leaving trashes underneath the staircase, no garbage inside the room or the bathroom. Didn’t feel like I was staying at an Extended Stay. The only thing I like was the staff who was nice but overall with staying there never again.
