We were wiped out after a long day of flying. Our room was so clean and comfortable. Our bed was as comfortable as they come. Very quiet.

Just needed a place to sleep before our cruise the next day. Room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy, checkin was quick. Only went as far as the Bahama Breeze down the block as we were so tired from our trip so I don't know if there were other dining options nearby. We also didn't wake up in time to have breakfast even though it was available til 10:00. I would stay again though.

We arrived in the morning just as a hurricane was approaching. They checked us in 6 hours early which gave us a place to stay for the day. We had planned on spending the day at the beach. A clean hotel close to the airport and very helpful professional staff!

I didn’t stay there- was suppose to get a refund, but didn’t. Stayed in a Hampton Inn in Georgia. Will never use Expedia again.

I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. The only thing that was extremely poor was the continental breakfast. But it is what it is, normally this type of breakfast is a hit or miss. I was looking forward to a similar one to Hyatt or Holiday Inn, plus there was no bacon, but the service was top notch, and the hotel was clean. We were on the first floor close to the entrance and were still able to sleep well through the night. I would recommend. We loved the free parking and the walkable distance to Bahama Breeze.

For an accessible room, i felt the bathroom could hve been better prepared. The toilet was set between the shower doors and a partial wall with a toilet paper holder. Neither were stable enough to support me, to sit or rise from the toilet. The shower doors were unstable and loose on the rails. The room ws clean and cmfortable, the pool was inadequate. This location serves the airport, not a vacation resort

I stayed with my 3 kids and we had a good experience. Everything was very clean. Room service knocked on the second day Anna offered us more towels and took the trash. It was nice and quiet and I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed to be close to the airport, and took advantage of the free shuttle to get there. Rhe place was very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was good, and we will surely stay there again.

It was pretty standard Hampton Inn, squeezed into an odd lot on Rocky Pointe, but close to Raymond James stadium for a concert, which was the main reason. Only irritating thing was the darkening drapes did not cover the entire length of the window so the light came into the room way too early!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back. Breakfast was nice and hearty. Super easy to get to, right next to Bahama Breeze. Fantastic sidewalk areas to walk your dog and relax on the benches. Couple things to mention. Pool needs to be cleaned more frequently. Spray bleach under the soap tray in showers, it's funky under there. Please let the night staff be mindful of people sitting in the breakfast area. If we ask to turn down the TV cause it's loud, please don't refuse to do it cause you can't hear your music show.

I am hesitant to rate the hotel a 5 due to the first room I was given. Room 106 (and probably 108) be should be given to the people who check in last. 106 is the first room off the lobby and directly across from the elevators. Very noisy with people checking in late into the night. I had asked to be moved and was not accommodated.
The following morning I spoke to Rolanda, front desk clerk, and explained the situation telling her I had an 8-hr drive the next day and could not stay in 106. At first she said it was a sold out hotel for that night and couldn’t do anything. I replied that I didn ‘t know a reservation gave you a specific room. She said she would speak to the manager. After having “breakfast”, she stopped me and said I would be moved. I thanked her.
A good night’s sleep and when I checked out Rolanda was on the desk and I thanked her again. The hotel should really think about giving out room 106 only in the evening.

our stay both times before and after our cruise was absolutely outstanding except for 1 thing. On the day we were to check out, housekeeping came into our room 2 times with us in there. The second time my husband was in his underwear, had just been naked and we told them we would be in there until 11:00 AND had the sleep sign on our door!! Manager told us they would make it right with us by giving us points but have not gotten that email yet so not sure they are going to do anything aboutit. . .
