It was close to work and I didn't have any complaints with anything or the staff

Crappy service. The tv would go blank and i would unplug it to reset it & it would work for a bit & go blank again. I reported it & maintenance did nothing about it. The hallway where we stayed constantly smelled of marijuana smoke. Even though there was no smoking signs everywhere.

Bathtub was disgusting. Room smelled of dampness. 1 chair was broken. 1 chair was stained and smelled. TV didn't work. Hallway ro room smelled like Marijuana. Front staff was lazy and not professional.

I never made an additional reservation or extended my stay. There were 8 roach bugs in my bathroom floor, plus more crawling on the wall. 2 of those bugs were already in the bathroom upon our arrival. Then there was a long black hair in our sheets. My husband is bald and ALL of my hair is light blonde. To make matters better, I had to plunge my own toilet. The juices at the breakfast area are all very sour and bitter. I asked the front desk to give a little later checkout as my husband worked 16 hours yesterday. Check out should have been at eleven am according to the third shift employee. He stated he would provide a courtesy checkout at noon for today (6-15-24) due to the extreme fatigue from my husband. At 11:03, as I'm packing my car, I received a phone call telling me that the room was disgusting and then was locked out of the hotel while trying to get my belongings. I'm unsure how that was possible because we were in the middle of packing our cars up. The foreign gentleman on the phone was VERY rude to me. Spoke to me so loudly that my ears rang. He pushed the door to the hotel room open on my cousin and I, nearly pushing us to the furniture or the floor. I showed him the bugs. He told me it was my fault for denying housekeeping access to our room. We took out our own trash, we cleaned our own tub, toilet, and sink. Earlier in the week he called me to tell me that housekeeping needed in my room. I agreed. Upon return to the room, there were STILL multiple roaches.

I had to change the bed bc it was still druty. The tub was not cleaned out! Will not be going back

Pool was not open. Place smells. Room door hinges were loose so door didn’t close without using force . Place needs to be remodeled. I’d rather sleep in my car than going back there.

We were there for a week, when we checked in my husband asked if we could be on the 1st floor, the man who checked us in basically told us , that because we didn’t pay more money, we couldn’t, not sure how much more money we needed to pay, but I feel with us being there a week that should have been enough.He wasn’t to friendly. Some of our towels were stained. Definitely will not stay again on our next visit to Greer.

The hotel is older but in decent shape. The bed was not real comfortable.

Not sure if they clean their air/heat filters as I got sick here staying three night but felt fine during the day when I wasn’t at the hotel. Staff didn’t clean my room one night.

The television didn’t work well, it buzzed. The air conditioner didn’t work really well. Nice people.

The desk clerks were nasty, but yhevone on Monday morning. She was nice. Toilet clogged twice. Had to ask forctoiletcpaper and towels.

The floor was dirty behind the bed, and the vents in the hallways were dirty, but it was a quiet stay

Employees notified me of bugs in rooms.

The breakfast was a disappointment but it was quiet, conveniently located, good shower, comfortable bed.

I would stay again

The room smelled, cobwebs on the wall, stains on the wall. The shower had little pressure. This place needs a complete remodel. The room needed a complete cleaning.

Poor breakfast for anyone diabetic, and that a lot of us now! Room and facilities good.

Stay was wonderful as always. One of the few hotels that still has smoking rooms. The beds are comfortable and they actually have decent cable

I stay here often. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are decent and they offer smoking rooms still which is a plus. The location is convenient to the interstate, gas stations, and food

Limited TV channels. TV hard to operate

We traveled with 3 dogs - 2 pets and 1 service dog. We did have to pay for 2 rooms...silly, as we paid for the dogs and rooms but all stayed in the one room. The young man at the front desk could not have been kinder. The room was very roomy and we were all very comfortable.
