I just didn’t like it

It was quite and i really enjoyed my stay this is y i love this hotel.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, parking was easy. Check in was fine. Unfortunately, the people in the next room kept their TV on all night. Apparently the walls are paper thin. I called the front desk about 2 a.m. No one answered. I got very little sleep due to the noise. I had to drive 8 hours today after no rest.

I was pleased with the service and the amenities

My experience was good except I had snacks in my room and when I went to work and came back someone had been in my things … I know what I had because I didn’t open it and some things were missing. but it wasn’t anything expensive or or nothing I just don’t people should be going thru guest belonging

Very clean, they were able to change my room from a king to 2 full beds, got in very late and they were still at the desk, breakfast did leave a lot to be desired however

The hotel is worn but habitable. The rooms were not incredibly clean but livable for one night. The staff was excellent and friendly.

Had a great time the place was very clean and the service was excellent

The staff was very nice. Willing to help with any need. When we checked out I didn't get a print out of our bill. That was totally different for us

The room and sheets were dirty. They had to change the bedding. Luckily I brought cleaning supplies with me to sanitize the room.

Bathroom was really gross! Someone left their hair in there. After a long trip all I wanted was a shower and it was sad I had to clean it first before I could shower.

It was very good and did some sight seeing also

Hotel smelled of marijuana to the point i couldnt breath. Cold water in shower. No water pressure. Breakfast was cereal, saysage biscuit you had to microwave and a waffle. Staff was friendly at front desk but that was it. Pool open from 11 to 9 only.

Sheets, blankets stained. Wall had been taped with masking tape and painted over. Leaking sink.

I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. I felt safe in the hotel also.

Property was pet friendly and obviously don't clean properly behind those guest. The room smelled just like a dog the entire time. I checked out a day early because the room was so bad.

The good, service helped us get in, the beds have a good night sleep, and mini fridge keep our foods cold. The bad, bathroom floor had a tacky feel, there was a feces smear on the wall below the light switch and between the toilet and wall.

Very friendly staff! Rooms were bath! Towels and sheets had stains from unmentionable things! Used our own bedding and towels ! Couldn’t go somewhere else because we already paid!

Hotel is OK but needs updating. Had a musty (?) smell in room upon first entering each time. We were on the first floor, and the sliding window would not lock. The clerk would have moved us, but we’d already unpacked everything. I just picked up a cheap piece of wood at Lowe’s and jammed it. We typically didn’t have daily service in the room, but all the personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very basic; nothing hot prepared. Indoor pool is nice and pretty big. Rates were reasonable.

Need more dining options

I liked the tranquility and the concept of the indoor pool. The air conditioning was in perfect condition and we rested very well after a long trip. I didn't like that there was only one towel available, and the bathroom extractor fan didn't work. I was in a non-smoking room but the pillows smelled like cigarettes.

Very clean property and friendly staff

Front Desk person told me she could not print me a receipt. Told me that’s why they e-mail them. I have stayed literally hundreds of nights In Wyndham hotels, first time anyone ever told me they couldn’t print a receipt. Why didn’t she just say she didn’t know how or call someone who knew what they were doing?

Everything was nice clean and a pleasant stay

When entering room with large jetted tub room was clean. Was interested in this up grade as I have nerve damage from hips down so to be able to soak with epsom salts to help with inflammation from a 12 hour drive 1st since injury and learning to walk again to learn as i asked so room is 2nd floor no problem i asked so elevators are around corner were i was told just past the resr rooms i walked past saw door to stair so kep walking bit further till I was down halfway when to my suprise as per reserving it should disclose all jetted tub rooms are on 2nd floor where you can only access by stairs, this leaves alot of wheelchair bond clientele out of great therapeutic need and loss of revenue for this hotel that is overall so far all that it has advertised. Few lights not working by switch on wall not enough towels for floor to not slip or should have few more pillows and wash rags/ towels so not to have to bother front desk to send up.

Property is clean and in a decent location. 👍

Bad neighborhood. Needs renovation. Tiny bathroom. Ice cold air.

The only thing that was wrong was the sink was not clean around the back side of the facet. Sticky clear substance was in puddles on the back of the sink and on the chair in the room
