The hotel was clean, but every noise inside and outside of the hotel can easily be heard.

We had a great experience at the hotel. However, the room walls are quite thin. The continental breakfast included was a great option, but within an hour of the ending of the breakfast, a lot of the food was gone already. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was a great inexpensive option for an area outside of downtown Nashville and we would stay again.

Overall this hotel is very good for the price paid, cleanliness was excellent and the bed was comfortable. One point I have to make is that in the description of the hotel it says there are safety deposit boxs available in reception, this is no longer the reality. The desk staff did apologise for the safety deposit box's not being available.

Upon checking in on 08/31/24 the desk clerk was very dry and unfriendly but checking out on 09/02/04 that desk clerk was very friendly and appreciative. The breakfast needs some improvements, but the beds were very comfortable, and I was overall pleased with my stay.

This was a last minute booking. The facility and rooms are a little bit outdated. The receptionist at check-in wasn’t very personable. I’m not sure if he was tired or what. The beds are very uncomfortable. Felt like we were laying on an ironing board. I felt like we were one step up from being in a motel. The room was very spacious. The purpose was served and we were able to rest for our drive home. Checkout was a breeze.

When I booked, it said this hotel was close to Broadway. It was a 15 minute drive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not great. Very limited options.

The staff at check-in was quite cold, almost rude.
The facilities are correct, although they could be a bit cleaner, but our shower door would not close, and we had to use a towel to keep it from opening.
The breakfast is almost non-existent, and we had to stop somewhere else on our way out to eat something more filling than a dry toast and two mini-muffins.
A cockroach was found agonizing in the guest laundry room.

A great experience. Very clean property, from the lobby to the bed sheets. friendly staff (especially Devon) . He accomodate me and the kids with a specific room that was pool accessible. The breakfast was very nice and according to the star standards. Overall, I recommend this place! Thank you for all the team.

Nice quiet and clean motel. Only issue is pool closes at 7 PM. Not practical when wanting to venture out for attractions during the day and then wanting to wind down at pool in the evening.

I booked this Sleep Inn after having a great first time experience at the Wytheville, VA Sleep Inn. This Sleep Inn was way sub par compared to the that one.
The breakfast was entirely inadequate, nothing hot except a cook-yourself waffle, or toasted bagel or bread. There was a large armchair that took up too much space in my room, and it had seen better days. The carpet on the stairs to the second floor was soiled. A disappointing experience compared to my first Sleep Inn stay.

Check in was good. No one at the servi e desk after 1.00pm. Room was small but comfortable.

This hotel is run down and in bad shape. All of the furniture in the room was beaten up and chipped. The staff was kind but we had to speak to them multiple times for a key that wasn't working when we arrived, the TV would not connect, and the internet connection process was ancient. The location of the hotel is very difficult to get in and out from the road.
On the positive - the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean.

When I first drove up, I was honestly kind of worried as we were the only car in the lot. Checked in and checked out the room. Bed was very comfortable. While bringing in our bags, Devon (I hope I got the spelling right, lost my paper where I wrote it down) brought us a couple of pamphlets of stuff do to based on our conversations while checking in. Honestly, he was probably the most delightful person we had the pleasure of speaking to on our entire trip. Later on on the first night, a couple of tour vans stopped in with lots of people checking in. We were not able to hear any of them from our room. It's a little out of the way for the strip, but not so much more than I'd expect in most cities. I'd happily stay here again and recommend others to.

It was a 3 night stay for us. Convenient location to avoid high Nashville tourist rate but still be relatively close to tourist areas.
Front desk guy was very friendly at check in. Even provided some suggestions for things to do in the area. Pool was good to utilize given how hot the weather was.

We had no sleep the first night due to a very intoxicated neighbour causing unrest until cops intervened and the second night was not much better with dogs barking till late hours of the night inside the hotel. There was little offerings for breakfast.

The place is great, comfortable, very clean. The swimming pool is great for these hot summer days. We absolutely loved it!
We just didn't know it was mandatory to pay with credit card instead of cash.
Other than that, absolutely great.
