We enjoyed our stay in a fairly large room at this hotel (two nights in late September). By that time, rates were quite reasonable, though the weather was starting to get cooler. It's quite well-located, about a 10-minute walk from downtown and Gyro Beach, and a very short drive to most vineyards. Staff were extremely responsive and there was underground parking, and it was nice to have a (limited) gym and both pool and private beach available on the property.

The check-in process was quick with friendly/efficient staff and the convenient underground parking was really unexpected and especially appreciated for our motorcycles.
Quick walk to a charming town with tons of shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately the rooms, grounds and building exterior are in serious need of an overhaul.
And our room hadn’t been vacuumed nor swept in ages.
But the location is gorgeous so I would think any renovation would be worthwhile for tourism.

1000 km on a motorbike in the rain, arrival was such a relief. Secure parking was a bonus. The elevator was ridiculously small and slow is my only complaint. Front staff we harried and busy but excellent.

Great location. As with all hotels these days over the top pricing. No wonder tourism is down dramatically this year in BC interior.

We booked a one bedroom suite which advertises a full kitchen in the picture. We were put in a suite without a kitchen and told that that is what we booked via Expedia even though we could prove that we didn’t. We came prepared with our groceries and now had no where to put them or cook them. Ron the manager was helpful and put us in a suite but still not the suite we had booked originally. We had to accept the suite as we needed a kitchen and we didn’t want to have to go through Expedia to get this resolved on a long weekend. This hotel is old and rundown. The cleanliness in the room was not up to our standards but we already had to fight for our room with a kitchen so we let it go. The bed was too firm for our liking. The best part of this hotel is it’s location but we’d rather spend the extra $$$ and stay at the Watermark.

The bathroom wasnt cleaned ,under groud garage doors were not working ,no lighting in the gym overall disapointed also snacks were outdated by 2 month.
Not worth $350 for one night,i do not recomend this place .

Good location, everything closed down a little early, the AC unit was through the window creating a lot of light in the room, the other unit was leaking all over the balcony. Other than that nice quiet with a decent view.

We have always stayed here when we go through Osoyoos. This time, it had been several years since we have came and the condition of the property has declined significantly. It’s obvious to us the new normal is just to patch and not fix the hotel up properly. It’s a great location and the beach access is great. For what we saw, we will try somewhere else next time.

We were in a south facing lake view room. Room was clean but dated. Beds were super comfortable. Great view but being over the parking lot was extremely noisy.
Great location. Nice private beach. Only one elevator that goes to parking so if you can’t use the stairs you’ll be waiting. Ice machine was broken. Staff were nice and accommodating.

The parking garage door closed on our vehicle while exiting. It brought up to hotel staff but other than apology no effort made to correct issue.
Washroom condition in our room was not great.

I generally stay here when I visit Osooyos but you are really paying for the beach access.
My room had a great view although for the money that I paid and it was quite a lot for 3 nights I would have expected a balcony.
The linens are worn, the bathroom shower did not work and our bath plug was in 2 pieces.
I noticed this time round the water on the beach had chip bags and band aids in it which wasn't ideal.
I would likely stay here again because I love the location however: the hotel in general is starting to show its age and it seems like there are minimal efforts being made to maintain the facility on a more significant level.

We went with my husband and my sons. The truth is I loved everything very relaxed the view I liked the room very comfortable everything the pool the lake good everything we returned next year for summer

My husband and I only stayed one night, however it suited us fine. Rooms were ok. View of the lake was nice. Staff were great! Ate at the restaurant on site and was pleasantly surprised. Very good dinner! And, again, the young lady that was our Server was wonderful.

We got accidentally upgraded to a kitchenette suite and it was SUCH a treat! Beautiful room, with separate bedrooms. I had the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel before! Comfy beds, quiet, a great experience overall.
