Good service on 24 hours reception desk .. it facilitated a lot yesterday when my flight was cancelled and I needed to stay an overnight waiting for the new flight.

This property was gross. Bugs everywhere, no amenities, we had open soap on the counter when we arrived. It was disgusting.

Close to the airport and affordable. Staff was helpful. A little dingy. But the room had a full kitchen (no dishes or supplies though) and the window opened, which you don’t get much these days.

You get less than you pay for here, but it's not worth complaining nothing g is going to change. Room smelled terrible, a mix of mold and cigarette smoke. Used soap bar in the shower. Beds were good and a/c was cold

I want to start by saying that the woman at the front desk on the day I checked in was nice. Okay so there were a few problems with this hotel. 1. I felt like we were on an episode of punk with the first room that was given to us. When we opened the door I immediately walked back out and went to ask for another room. What was the issue you ask? Well the carpet looked like it hasn’t been clean in months. The room smelled awful. There were knife marks in the furniture. There were only 1 bed and no pull out sofa. There were a big red stain on the carpet. Not sure if it was blood or juice. The smell was horrendous. I went to the front desk to have this resolved because I just know there had to be something better. She did offer us another room which looked like the pictures when booking this hotel. 2. Cigarettes smell all throughout a facility that claims to be smoke free. One of the room smelt like straight dog piss. 3. The night staff was terrible and the cleaning lady in the morning had the nerve to knock on our door and lie and say that check out was at 10 am when it really was at 11am. Book this place at your own risk.

It was a little shady neighborhood but the room was ok. Planes flying over alot . Little noisy.

This place is pretty pitdated and does not have much room amenitiea to be desired. Hallway carpet/floors need serious deep cleaning, room items are pretty outdated as well. The lobby reaked of weed as soon as you walked in and overall our floor had a subtle stink to it due to being pet friendly. The location was good for the airport, highway and restaurants/water areas. The front desk agent could have been a little nicer but check in was easy. The parking lot was clean as well.

The room looked live in and unclean. No sheets or pillow and trash in the shower along with personal belongings in boxes in the corner. 0/10 would not recommend this to anyone.

Had to switch rooms 2 times... found mold in one room... another room smelled horrible... no office of people wotking after a certain point in the night... people walking around the parking lot all night long... whole hotel had a weird smell

Room did not smell good but was pleasant other than that. The location was questionable but overall not horrible.

Not clean. TV not working. No toiletries. Fridge in ackward position to open. Hallway always smells like marijuana. Not safe. No staff. Roaches.

Smell of marijuana int the hallway beyond front desk. Hallway carpets and elevator dirty. Room carpet musty, dirty worn. Bathtub dirty, worn and cracked. The only reason we stayed because we had been travelling 19 hours and exhausted. Never again.

Roaches EVERYWHERE

False advertising. No breakfast Bad odor, cockroaches in the room. NOT RECOMMENDED. Very bad experience

Property was very outdated. Strong musty odor throughout the building. Pictures online are definitely not what you get in the room. Yelling/screaming all night long from other rooms. Ceiling tiles missing throughout lobby office. Pull down security window at front desk should be an indication of the feeling of safety. No checkout instructions and no one at the front desk for checkout at 07:30. Basically just left the property.

If you like filthy rooms, roaches, and the comingling smell of cigarettes and MJ wafting all around, then this is the place for you. It was supposed to be a quick, one-night stay in a clean place to get a bit of sleep and catch an early flight. We should have just slept in the car. I won't even get into the rest of it. What a nightmare.

Room smelled like straight cigarettes no body wash/shampoo

Every Time I travel to Tampa I Stay here because of it’s location . But this Time something surprise me they did not have breakfast . But everything was perfect .

The building & room not maintained, hallways are filthy. Shelves are crooked, holes in the walls, toilet seat loose, BR counter stained. No glasses, silverware etc in the kitchen. No coffee maker & coffee. Outlets are loose etc

The location was great but the condition was not good. There were holes in the lobby ceiling. The hallways were dark with flickering lights. We had a roach crawling on the bed and neighbors having load fights. Woke early and left as quickly as possible. Almost didn’t stay

Lobby stunk of WEED The room floors smelled of cheap sweet cigars/cigarette. The room is old and run down. The rubbish bin was not emptied from previous guest stay. The refrigerator stunk, because it wasn’t plugged in.
