The tub was dirty and faucet was dripping all night. I would not want to stay there and I overpaid for a dirty room. It even had a mouse trap, saw a roach on the curtain.

Cozy mattress and hot shower with good water pressure.
But the hotel is old and worn out, no coffee machine in the room and no coffee in lobby (only at the breakfast time), breakfast very weak - only packed stuff

Check in was a problem as their ipads were not working. The places is sketchy. The lobby, elevators and hallways were nasty. Bed was so bad we actually left after the first night and went to a Residence Inn. Not even a trash can in the room. The "breakfast" was coffee and a Nutribar. If you are thinking of staying here....don't. Run away. Also we now have a lovely cockroach in our car. Thank ESA. never again !

Only toiletries we were given was a travel shampoo.
I think that my expectation is that this was a regular hotel, but as an Extended Stay, they seem to cater to people using this as temporary housing so it has more of an apartment building feel.
Still, it was quiet and convenient for what we needed: near the highway, 9 minutes to the Metro.
There was ample parking.
Clean enough.
Staff was efficient at check in.
Probably good for families who like to travel and cook in the hotel -just make sure tour ask for cups and plates before you arrive. :)

The roo. Smelled like pee or frito feet. Not enough towels, took forever to cool off to a comfortable temperature in room

We stayed 3 weeks. Sink stopped up. Repair guy left a mess. Many mornings the limited breakfast offerings were empty and when i asked was told they didn’t have key to refill. The keys needed to be recoded almost every day for both of us. Rooms not cleaned when they said they would b. No security. When i asked for keys to b recoded they never asked once for ID. Dryers did not work numerous days. Entire drapery fell down. We told them in the morning and it did not get repaired that day. Lots of excuses. We slept in another room. Rooms r not stocked w dishes etc like other suite hotels. You have to go to the front desk to get the supplies. Good location. Comfortable bed. Dated shower worked. Pretty dreadful exerience.

Our room was dilapidated & dirty! The door knob was broken but still operable and as soon as you open the door, the strong smell of mold/mildew hit you in the face. My mom & I held our breaths as we walked in. Fortunately, the smell did not permeate the entire room and the beds were comfortable and clean so it was bearable for 2 nights because we were only in the room basically to sleep. The floor was sticky and the fridge door opened from the same side as the hotel door-VERY AWKWARD. I was going to place my 80-year old mother's small carry-on on the wire shelf of the closet but it was broken BUT made to look like it was okay to use; screws were stripped out of the drywall!
Very unsafe! Hotels.com should remove this place from their offerings!

Bags of trash lined my hallway the entire time I stayed here. The keys didn’t work when I returned after hours and had to wait for staff to fix my key. In the morning there was little to no food. They even ran out of coffee cups when I went back for a 2nd cup of coffee. I only stayed here because I’ve stayed here in the past. Has def gone downhill.

It was quiet and set aside and just what was needed at the moment. I did have a moment when I felt as if the desk manager followed me as I was walking my dog and my daughter's dog. It made me slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a nice stay for the reason we were there.

We found this hotel room so dirty we left without caring whether or not we’d get a refund. There was a white substance crusted on the bed skirt and we just couldn’t stay there with our kids, left within 2 minutes of check in.

There was never anyone cleaning. The same trash was in the hallways and stairs, e were here for two nights. Definitely won’t go back. And the “breakfast available,” means coffee and a packaged muffin, so we had to go buy breakfast

Chose this hotel because of a five-day stay and wanted a kitchen and breakfast. Hotel is not for visitors but rather long-term residents. Room didn't have any kitchen items. Hallways and room had offensive odors including bags of garbage bags in the stairwells. No hot water for showers. "Breakfast" was coffee and bags of instant oatmeal. Left after one night.

Key cards had to be reprogrammed several times. Asked for cookware and got a skillet that is useable but the pot was destroyed . Have a family of 5 and got 2 plates 2 forks and 2 knives.

I was traveling with my wife and three children and reserved my room when I arrived on 3/3/2024 I was informed that my room I booked was available and was moved to a handicapped room. Upon arrival the room was dirty and the toilet has issues and the door wouldn’t lock. The outlets don’t work and appeared to have burn marks which is a fire hazard.
We brought the issue to the front desk and housekeeping and thought the issue was fixed
On 3/5/2024 in the sofa bed area my young child found two mice running around under the sink of the kitchen and in the trash can.
We immediately left and brought the issue to the front desk which he seemed very nonchalant about the issue and directed me to send an email.
We tried not to complain but there has been way too many issues and the rodents were the last straw.

Staff was nice. Room smelled and bed was cheap and creaked every time I moved. I was right by the front desk and not great WiFi. Guests were sitting in hallway and all over outside. No pots, pans, cups. Full size fridge was nice otherwise very cheap hotel

I recently reserved this room for my guests and it turns out to be extremely disappointing. The room had a strong smell of smoke, and the cleanliness was below standard. Additionally, our guests felt unsafe at a hotel, prompting them to leave after just 5 hours without any sleep. Despite reaching out to the hotel staff, their concerns were ignored. When I tried to contact the staff myself, I was abruptly disconnected and later unable to reach anyone. Conclusion: This is an expensive hotle and definitely not worth every dime!

We stayed here only one night. Typically, it is for people who are staying long term. The suite was nice, but one of the two doors that led into the bathroom didn't latch. The complimentary breakfast was severely lacking- consisted of instant oatmeal, coffee, and nutrigrain bars and the selection was skimpy at best.
Checking in was great, very helpful staff. However, the morning staff left much to be desired. I went to check out and the guy behind the desk finally looked at me and said that he was checking out and proceeded to do just that. I waited thinking that someone was going to show up shortly. After a few minutes the maintenance man walked by and informed me and the other 2 people that had shown up at the desk that there wouldn't be anybody at the desk for 30 minutes. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

We found dead roaches around the place, bathroom and dining areas, walking off the elevator the 3rd floor smelled so bad my 1 nite stay was awful never again 😩

No issues except for the typical ones you have at different hotels. My biggest issue was in the morning I went downstairs at 6:45 for a breakfast snack and coffee before checking out and I was told that they “were not offering it today”, even though at checkin the lady said it would be available. That is honestly my biggest complaint, other than that the staff was friendly and I had a good stay.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting me a refund. The room just didn't smell clean or feel clean. Maybe adding bleach would help. Once I finally finished unpacking my truck I saw 2 roaches and just started reloading my truck. The woman at the front desk understood and gave me a refund without any question. The door to the outside that you would need a card to swipe to get in was rigged to stay open, people were walking around the hallways without shoes on and looked and smelled horrible.

My overall experience is neutral. The price is affordable if you’re on a budget. My dealbreaker is the roaches. We were there for a couple weeks and only started seeing some roaches in the restroom the last week so I do believe they treat for pests. Also, the halls on my floor smelled like a nasty pet odor. When housekeeping sprays it is kind of bearable, but the odor is atrocious when it’s present. The laundry facility is clean and washes clothing thoroughly. I would probably stay again because my room was clean BUT not for an extended stay if the roach issue persists. The staff is always helpful.

Dog poop EVERYWHERE surrounding the property. It feels and looks nasty and filthy. The elevators are always wet and nasty. This place needs to be bleached and disinfected. 2nd and 3rd floors smell like someone with Pets does not clean up after them. The place is a pig sty. The only good thing is I have not seen any pests in my room.
