Great location. Very clean and freshly renovated.

Nice place completely renovated

Hotel was recently updated. Furnishings and fixtures were in good shape. The bed was good, although the lighting seemed hard to operate. Ended up unplugging some of the LED lighting when I couldn't find a switch. Bathroom was in good shape. Unfortunately, multiple roaches in the room and bathroom. Will not be staying here again

Management was nice. Poorly designed Separate sink area with shower and toilet Together . No place to hang or place clothes or towels in toilet.

The owners are completely remodeling this place and are doing a WONDERFUL job. Lakeside, it's great to see the sun rise over the water. The area around it is old but is actively being revitalized by the city. Great stay

Staff was very friendly. The scent used in the upper floors was not one my wife and I liked but not trerrible. The scent used in the lobby was much better and more neurtral. The AC in the room seemed to not get cold enough and led to a little moisture in the air. The moisture was noticeable but not terrible. Room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Please add an ironing board! Room 214.

I loved everything the view, the room, the bed was very comfortable. Also the staff were great. Will be back, no complaints.

Staff was very accommodating. We did ask to be moved to a different room bc of a loud grandmother with her grandchild. I did smell marijuana coming from that room with the door wide open. The room we were in had a jump in the middle of the floor and I am disabled so we asked to be moved for a few reasons. We were moved immediately and upgraded to Suite without asking. We enjoyed the pool although, there was’hair’ floating in the water. Leaks from the rain are expected as, there is a mesh type ceiling in some areas. It is an indoor pool. Plenty of chairs, tables, chaise lounges, outdoor setting, picnic tables. The breakfast was fantastic. They served cereals, juices, milk, grits, mini waffles, sausage, eggs, toast and a few other extras. I asked for a bathing chair and it was brought to our room. The shower is amazing, roomy and convenient. Toiletries provided are good products, Tea Tree. Good for the skin and the hair! Outside ground are well kept. Parking and Handicap parking is plentiful. Outside access is available with Key card entry. Vending and Ice machine are available. We enjoyed our Lakeside View Suite. I stayed at this same location years ago. It was not as pleasant as this stay with, new ownership and management. GIVE THEM A TRY!

It was a lovely stay. The young man at the front desk was very friendly, patient and hospitable. Check in was a breeze and the room was beautiful and clean. My stay was comfortable and relaxing. Thank you for the experience.

The size of the room was amazing just wished that it had a tv in the sitting room and maybe an actual sofa. The bed was uncomfortable for my husband and I both. The a/c made noise all night long. I understand that this hotel is being remodeled but they need to make sure everything is ready. The elevator needs some major work

Found bedbug, towels, bed sheet dirty

Our stay was excellent. The staff was very courteous, and the rooms were clean.

There were stains on the sheets and towels. There was hair in the shower as well. The cleaning crew didn’t come in each day and I had to ask that they come in and replenish the towels at least. Cleaning crew brings their kids to work, so you can hear them crying out screaming throughout the day. At night, staff stands outside talking and can be heard in the room on the second floor.

The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. There was plenty of space. The bathroom was very beautiful. The free breakfast was no exception to the overall quality of this beautiful hotel. It is also across the street from the beautiful waterfront!

Good stay overall, pool was not heated and other guests were obnoxious but we talked to the guy at the desk about it. Rooms are not soundproof and with our room next to the elevator we could hear every time it dinged in our floor.

out of amenities that they said they had to provide for us and the pool that’s supposed to be so spectacular is frigid. Also, there are no plugs in the bathroom and that’s where the only mirror is layout of room very poorly designed.

Everything was great. We had an issue with a flight connecting to Lake Charles and hotel was very accommodating.
