The front desk was helpful
Booked 2 rooms with double beds online only got 1 room that was double beds I had 4 guests.

the price. the remodeled room was spacious and nice.
I was promised a first floor room. when I got there there was no first rooms available. I asked to put me on a list to move to the first floor the next day. I never heard from them. they could never find my reservation. I had a conformation number and everything.

That the Manger was nice and told me people should call and book it may be a lot cheaper. Which in my case it was.
The room was not cleaned well walls where nasty and there was hair all over the bathroom

There were 3 of us and he only gave us 2 towels.

Staff is very friendly. The cable didn't work when we got there but staff came and took care of it right away.
It doesn't have a pool the pool is cemented in and on the website it says a seasonal pool from March to November. They need to update the site because I was looking forward to the pool. They have bed bugs, mold in shower and air conditioner unit. And bugs were in the doorway when we entered.

The wood floors were a nice touch and the beds were comfortable.
The Location off a major street lots of traffic noise. The refrigerator did not get cold and the microwave was very old both need to be replaced
Trash located behind the towel hanger on the wall and dirt behind the toilet paper dispenser. Need to have more cleaning done.

Paid too rate for a room with one towel. When ask for more, the reply was, "That's all they have"

It was a very nice room. Very centrally located.
No shampoo or coffee maker in the room.

To me when I have to stay in a hotel/motel the most important thing is the bed. people are already not in their own bed the very least that could be done is make sure the beds are mediocre. This bed was like a 6” foam with plywood under it (felt that way). At first it felt good. But went completely flat after a couple hours. Made a very long and miserable night.
No pool. The pool was super clean but no one is allowed to swim in it bc of COVID. I am so tired of hearing that excuse for everything.

Room was very dirty, sheets were dirty with stains, restroom tub/ shower was backed up - just a horrible experience/ wouldn’t ever rent a room again. Checking in process took over 30minutes with a/c in lobby
