The breakfast was really good and Ms. Deborah in the breakfast area was the sweetest!!! She helped my kids make their plates and was so kind and helpful!!! We stayed one night for a quick stop, and we would stay again! Very convenient location for our needs and clean housekeeping!!! All staff was helpful!

Nothing help was rude
Had no wash clothes and I didn’t discover until I stepped in the shower called down to the office was told if I needed them I had to come to the front desk to get them!!!

The was roaches in the restroom and a few in the bedroom. The back door wasn’t working properly and I had my elderly disabled mom with me. It was pouring Sat night 7/22 and the front desk lady refused to come open the back door because she said she could leave the front desk.

The staff was fantastic, specifically the lady who checked us in. She was very friendly and informative. The rooms were big and for the most part clean!
The shower curtain had mold on it and the towels were either dirty or stained. The breakfast had everything you would normally expect but when we went to use the milk for cereal there were nats flying out of the container and covering the pour spout.

The room wasn’t clean. The room phone didn’t have dial-tone but it crackled through the night. The toilet seat was broken on one side so it shifted every time you used it. The elevator didn’t work part of the time, we were on the 2 nd floor and my elderly mother uses a walked, on one of the days the elevator was out and we had to use the stairs it was quite the ordeal. They were using some of the space in the stairwell as storage. Some people that were staying at the hotel actually got stuck in the elevator.

Good location at a decent price.
Towels are threadbare. This hotel has a neglected feel to it and needs some investment and TLC.
The outdoor pool has not been cleaned in a long time.

The breakfast selection was horrible. The room wasn't freshly cleaned. Only 3 outlets in the room worked.

Nice comfortable place to stay. The lady that cleaned our room was awesome!
Our key cards got turned off three times so we couldn’t get in the outside doors.

Where do I start. So many issues. The Wifi was horrible, I couldn't even watch anything from my Firestick. Also, the breakfast was lacking, not enough overall choices compared to other hotel chains. The business center was terrible. Both computers were slow. One computer wouldn't let me attach a file to an email. I had to go to Walmart to buy a flash drive in order to move the file to the other computer that did allow a file to be attached to the email. The side door didn't unlock when you used the key card, some guests propped it open with the mats. The room wasn't fully handicap accessible. The bathroom door was so big that a disabled person couldn't get in the tub without problems. Also, there was no shower wand or seat for someone to sit on. Thus, I skipped using the tub and shower during my stay.

I was not Happy with my Room at all Was Not Clean at All I Have Pictures.Asked to Speak with a Manger Never Did.Wanted to Get in The Pool It Needs a Good Cleaning.When I First Got There I Thought The Hotel 🏨 Was Closed a Good Landscape Would Do a Lot for The Place.The Place Just Needs Some Love. I Have More Then One Picture 📸
