I have stayed here several times and this was the cleanest that I have see the area. Also, the front desk person had been extremely busy all day, but still made me feel like I was the only person in the room and was very pleasant all while answering the phone and dealing with others. thanks

Great friendly service

Bedding was dirty, curtains had holes in them, rooms was in need of cosmetic repairs (paint etc.). Breakfast was always out of items. Staff was not friendly.

Stayed for a night with a couple of friends. Worked out very well.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Never in my many many years of staying in hotels have I ever experienced having blood stains in the sheets so this was definitely a first for me. The whole first floor was super noisy and reeked of marijuana. The two ladies at the front desk were super kind and helpful but the rest of the hotel was disgusting. Our room looked like it was barely cleaned with crumbs from the resident before us still being on the bedside table. Needless to say we did not even stay the night. Absolutely disgusting.

Overall good stay, staff was so friendly and polite and the room was actually very nice for the price. The only complaints I have was that the shower wasn't cleaned beforehand so there were some hairs and what appeared to be dirt but wasn't the end of the world. However one of the guests in the rooms near us kept calling our room number and prank calling us but we just ended up unplugging the phone. Overall good hotel, just unplug the phone lol

When checking in manager stated she needed to collect an additional $3 as the third party’s billing was short. Wouldn’t tell me what my total bill was. Could not get a receipt until morning and that was completely different from receipt from hotels.com

Very nice room, seems we were upgraded as we had an attached sitting room and computer desk. Room was very clean, refreshing to lounge, bed was comfortable and the shower head was wonderful. Thank you

The staff we encountered were all friendly. We had a very friendly and helpful check-in with Xavier. There are lots of restaurant and fuel options nearby. You can walk to the Walmart and a few restaurants. The breakfast could have used some fruit options and better bread and/or bagels. Overall the hotel seems solid, though showing its age in some places like the carpets and the tub. It is cleaned with heavily scented products so you know it’s been cleaned, but that can be overpowering if you have fragrance issues. The linens were clean and fresh and the bed super comfy! The pet friendly room had a lingering smell, which is probably because it is a pet friendly room. Having that been said, we stayed at other hotels where that was not an issue so the pet friendly rooms might need more attention.

Dirty. Floor felt damp whole time to point that shoes wererequired inside key cards didnt work the outside doors so i was trapped outside for an hour sunday morning without anyone answering the door bell. Coffee was cold and the man said he already made coffee 3 times and wasnt making anymore...at 730am... loud...everyone closing doors and walking down hall were heard like door was open. Light shown around door all night...all together it was the worse experience i ever had at a chain hotel...o i forgot. I was charged double on wrong card as well...just badddddentire time even at night.

The property is at the center of where we wanted to be.

Room could have been cleaned better.

The ladies in the laundry room are kind and helpful, this was the only plus to our stay. Where to start, we reserved a room with mobility access for both of us have disabilities. The room key lock is a rulet wheel if it would work. The paint on the walls are a multitude shades of gray and sheen. The bathroom door won’t clear the foot of the bed without force. Couldn’t get a wheel chair along side the bed and outside wall exposed plumbing in the sitting area. The door to the room is a hollow core door with daylight at top and bottom. The swimming pool was three doors down and the noise from the kids would drown out the volume on the tv, water on the tile floor from people not wearing shoes or drying their feet leaving the pool. The door going to the parking lot would not lock allowing access 24/7 without a key card. Front desk personal rude both shifts.

We had to book a last-minute stay because our power was out. We located a hotel that took dogs because we didn’t wanna leave our dog home in the heat. You could tell the hotel was experiencing a lot of incoming people staying and animals originally replaced on one of the upper floors with my pet later, someone complained about dogs barking. There were several other dogs on the same floor, I got called and was told that we needed to move rooms if there was one available because my dog was barking, even though there were several other dogs barking as well. We were lucky to find the last room on the floor where they allow dogs, however at checking in there was no waiver or anything I needed to sign about my dog. There were no rules about the dog . There was nothing I needed to sign. Additionally, that would’ve known I couldn’t leave the room to go down to get a drink and come back with my animal in the room, so we had to pack all our belongings from a room and put it all together and then move down to another room which had less bed . It was a chaotic time that were not prepared the head lost power however it was very chaotic and was not helpful with the chaotic stressful time you’re having with losing power at home

The pool area was disgusting, had to have a special “pool key” to get in not your room key. Monroe’s kept in the pool area. Rooms door was very hard to open and had to push shut. The elevator screen that shows your floor number was so hazy/scratched you couldn’t read it. The front desk agent at check in was more worried about chatting with an employee that was leaving than paying attention to checking us in. And made a large clerical error for the payment.

Breakfast was better than expected and room was clean and comfortable.

Well, the beds were very comfortable and the room temp was excellent. However, the pool was cloudy. The breakfast was poor (undercooked sausage, few choices, cold coffee). the pool needed a separate key AND you needed to get towels at the front desk for the pool. If I need a key to get int the pool, why aren’t the towels there?

Housekeeping left a toilet brush on the floor behind the bathroom door, and the air conditioner make a clicking sound all night. Have had several decent experiences here (you get what you pay for) but this one was subpar.

The sheets on both beds were dirty. We paid for a two Queen room but got two doubles instead. In the morning the employees could not tell us the ingredients of any of their food so those of us with allergies were unable to eat.

The front desk staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming, we did experience a slight problem with the tv the desk staff fixed it immediately. We didn’t understand how to turn on the shower so some instructions would be nice seeing it’s not the typical way to use the water .

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Everything from extra towels for the pool to calling us to return a laptop we forgot in our room. Top notch service could be happier. We will definitely use lakinta in the future.
