The stay was great. The hotel was in good condition and in a good quiet location. Room was clean and service was great. The only problem I had was with my card key. Every day I would leave, and when I got back, I would be locked out of my room. They clearly need to upgrade that system, but otherwise the stay was fine.

In Tuscaloosa for an Alabama football game. Proximity to campus was perfect, a short 10 minute drive. The room, especially the bathroom was spacious. All basic amenities were available. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included.

Lobby and breakfast area was nice. Room was spacious and clean, walls are paper thin you can hear people walking down the hallway loudly, over priced for the hotel though. We were there for a major football game so I know prices go up during those time but you don’t have to rob people for peuole to stay. The hotel needs an update the stairs to get to the 2nd floor look like something from 1970’s grandmothers house. The hall is dark and creepy. Overall we had a decent stay the area seemed safe which is most important.

Carpeting on floor with holes , room smelled like mildew. Needs updating . Overpriced for what I expected for a Radisson . Needs new carpet . Breakfast could be improved , can get the same at a Days Inn and pay less.

The property was not as clean as we had hoped and it was extremely over priced for the location and the amenities. The pool is not much larger than a hot tub and is in the parking lot. I would not stay there again.

Hotel was dirty and old. The hallways felt like something out of a horror film. Tv in our room didn’t work, bathroom plugs didn’t work and there was trash in the room’s garbage cans when we walked in. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the money it cost to stay per night.

Property smelled of marijuana. Room was worse. After check out they charged my card for smoking in room which was a lie. But they maxed charged my card. When I called to see what was going on the person I talked to said the cleaning person saw me smoking in the room and hung up on me. Just bad all around

Had a great stay loved the staff especially my cook in the kitchen on the weekend. always have a great time when we stay there would love to see the place get a remodeled fresh look but in due time thank you for the great stay

This was a great hotel in a great location. The rooms were clean, the breakfast had lots of options, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Worst hotel ever. Outdated, carpets show many yesrs of use and dirt. Awful.

Breakfast was sub par, eggs way too salty. Cold coffee on both days and hot water too cold to brew tea. Said something and the new batch of coffee was barely warmer and probably same batch. Coffee maker in room was broken and front desk uncaringly offered no solutions and actually she seemed annoyed. The evening front desk lady was able to help us with the coffee maker and had a very can-do friendly attitude. Lobby mens restroom had no paper towels for both days we were there. Room was very clean !!

Carpet was stained. The hotel needs to be remolded as a whole. TV didn’t work in my original room, therefore, I changed room. The Customer Service Rep was very rude when I brought my issues to her attention. I highly recommend sleeping in a car than this hotel. Several people were hanging out front of the hotel drinking, smoking, and playing loud music.
