Very nice property. Clean and comfortable.
The power went out for about 3 hours in total.

Location
They were hosting a Shriners event . They were extremely loud, partying until 3am not respectful to other guest who were trying to sleep. I feel like the reputation of this hotel is not what I expected, they should be responsible for insuring guest staying at this establishment are respectful to other guest.

The room was comfortable and the right size for my family. The location was convenient to everything we needed to do for our daughter's Parent's Weekend.

The staff at check in were very courteous as well as the bartender. We did love the outdoor patio area by the pool and the location was great.
Our main complaint was that housekeeping knocked on our door then proceeded to come inside at 9 in the morning while we were still in bed. Also, the ceiling had several leaking spots, and the AC unit went from one extreme to the other. We were either super hot or super cold.

The location is ideal and the on-site bistro is desirable with tasty food selections.
Check-in was a chore since the computers were inaccessible. The bathroom layout was also very tight and confining.

The team here is extremely kind and helpful. Service is outstanding. Very accommodating and who’d I want working with me.
The place is in THE BeST location. It could use an update. It’s a bit outdated but the service makes it so you don’t mind at all.

Friendlier staff that does what they said they would do. After traveling almost 4 hours, my family and I Arrived @ 2:30 pm, needed to check in to change for wedding that started at 5pm but had 30 min drive.Told no can do. Gave all my contacts info (phone, email, text, to advice when room ready as we waited.Never got contacted. Thought we were told to pre checkin preventing from going to diff hotel. After wedding 10 pm got back to hotel and asked to check in again.

it was too cold in the hotel, we turned off our air conditoner off in the room and we were still cold from the hallway
