Carpet was very hard to push a wheelchair, to a room not close to the entrance. Door to the bathroom opened the wrong way to be user friendly in a wheelchair. Beds were very, very soft lacking support.

Bed was very uncomfortable and only managed to get 2-3,hrs sleep at most. The air con unit is very loud. The elevator is super slow as is the staff who run this place.

Overnight stop in Anchorage starting vacation. Hotel was fine. Airport shuttle efficient. Typical breakfast. No complaints.

Their is a Wendy's and McDonald's within walking distance. A lovely paved trail nearby. Lots of overhead seaplanes to watch and the view of mountains.Great place to stay while in Anchorage. The shuttle bus from the airport was right there. The hotel had my room ready early knowing after a long flight I'd welcome that, very thoughtful.

Very outdated and in rough shape. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the actual hotel was sub standard. Not what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express.

I read a lot of reviews before booking this hotel and was pleased to find that none of the negatives that were cited online by others applied when I stayed here. The room and overall facility was clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast is adequate and there was plenty available at a time when the hotel was fully booked and busy. Hot water not a problem. Airport shuttle service prompt and responsive. Sure, expensive for what it is but so is EVERY decent hotel in Anchorage. I'd stay here again.

Nice spacious room. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Enjoyed hiking on the Thomas Knowles coastline trail.

Property is quiet and they do provide free shuttle to and from airport. Breakfast buffet was good and well stocked.

Stayed prior to our flight out and were able to find shopping close by, a nice restaurant for eating and then quick and easy to pick up fresh fish to go home. Highly recommend this hotel! Nice breakfast and wonderful beds and pillows as expected.
