The hotel is good. The staff is really friendly. The only con was that the mattress was extremely soft, and my back started aching after three nights of sleep. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I booked through you and you got the wrong pictures of the wrong hotel. Your links to menu were wrong. Your amenities listed were also wrong. Once we checked in we were disappointed to be booked when all pictures were of other hotel. Highly disappointed with hotel.com

We took this trip to watch the Cowboys vs Browns. I jad one ussue with the shower head and they fixed it quickly. Car swrvice was decent.

We were in 8th floor ( top floor) suite, unfortunately directly below the HVAC system for the entire building. Constant loud noise made it impossible to get any real sleep for 3 nights we stayed there.

This property feels dated and would benefit from some upgrades. I can't remember the last time I was in a hotel room without a USB port. The breakfast option was mediocre but at least they had complimentary coffee. The suites were a nice size.

Hotel was great, check in was a mess bc of how expedia sent over the booking.

Paid 48$ for 2 breakfast buffets, waitress never talked to us after we were seated. Never got coffee that was ordered and the buffet was mostly empty. Could not find the waitress as we had somewhere to be so we got up to leave since we couldn’t find her and she appeared out of nowhere hollering for our room number rudely. Worst $50 breakfast ever. One of the elevators didn’t work a couple times and the staff didn’t seem to care.

The staff was very friendly. I had a dispute with my bill that the front desk couldn't answer. I called the corporate office
and they were unable to help with answering my question. They were very unapologetic and unwilling to offer any assistance.

Besides the cleanliness of the hotel and room; it was the friendly and courteous staff that stood out. I definitely will staying with them again when I am back in town.

I found the overall staff for the hotel to be pleasant. I asked for a map for the Cleveland downtown area and was surprised when there wasn't any. Only a map for the Clinic was available. Food at the restaurant was delicious and our waitress whom we had for two nights was so friendly and efficient! The room was great and very quiet for sleeping. The bed was comfortable but I personally don't care for feather pillows--too soft. The couch had a stain on one cushion that looked like someone urinated on it. Otherwise, everything else was clean. Overall, very happy with the hotel and staff.

Have stayed here several times. Every time my husband has appts at Cleveland Clinic as it is 7 hours away from home. Has always been comfortable and clean.

Great for access to Cleveland Clinic. Otherwise not much else around for blocks other than the Clinic. The property is becoming dated but the staff was very friendly, the valets were kind and helpful. The rooms themselves were clean well kept and fresh. I would certainly not avoid a stay here as it a comfortable property but it is not a 5 star resort either.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel while I had a procedure done at the Cleveland Clinic. The shuttle system made it easy to travel back and forth.
The hotel staff is friendly, pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed several meals, breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. A special highlight was the live entertainment on Thursday night!
The hotel is older and in desperate need of updating. There were no USB ports and the RV was very low tech. Our room was a little noisy due to the AC system and the dresser drawers were hard to manage.

The staff and room was great. It's noisy but your near the Cleveland Clinic so it is to be expected. It's not walkable and it's not near restaurants but there's always food delivery. It's a quick Uber ride to downtown.

We loved this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are huge and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant and bar was wonderful, and we really enjoyed having Laura take care of us. I would stay here every night if I could.
