We were so tired and road weary. Check in was efficient and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room,bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast good. We'll be back

Stay was below average to average room didn’t have fresh smell iron didn’t work linens didn’t smell fresh don’t think I would be booking with Hampton anytime soon or recommending to anyone.

The room was half cleaned. It wasn't vacuumed nor was the bathroom properly cleaned. I use to be a housekeeper. So, I noticed it. I don't like seeing other people's hair left in the bathroom.

3 night, 1st night ok, 2nd No towels poor cleaning, 3 day room we got towels but room was not cleaned at all.

Everything was great!! Front reception was very welcoming. They gave us complementary bottled waters for us, family of 5. Very clean & the hotel smelled really good.

3 days going to New Orleans Jazz Festival. Nice bed, good standard breakfast, free parking in parking deck. A little arkward traffic pattern to get in and out, but after a couple times, we knew which way to go! Enjoyed our visit.

Let’s start with the positive. Location was good. Parking is very convenient. Room was quiet and the A/C worked well. Amenities were good as all necessities were available. The bad- there was no one at the check in desk when we arrived. We stood there for a while waiting for someone to show up. I finally started yelling “hello” for someone to come to the front. It was 2:00 in the afternoon. There was no toilet paper or hand sanitizer in the women’s lobby restroom. The coffee offered in the lobby was cold. We made it to our room to find the door was literally falling off the hinges. We had to go back to the desk to be moved to another room. Overall there just seems to be a lack of maintenance and attention to detail in the hotel.

The hotel nice. However the air unit in the room was loud and every time it came on it was like a bang on the wall. I didn’t bother asking for another room because we were told since we had booked through hotels.com we couldn’t change the room.
Then we were trying to rest and the maid kept coming to the room after 8 in the morning.
We were tired after a flight the night before and that was annoying. We knew check out time and this was at least 3 hours before check out.

Only two pillows for a king bed !!!!

The beds were terrible, the AC barely worked (didn’t cool below 74), and there was no parking for a trailer. We booked 3 rooms and all were the same.
However, the location was good and the area safe.

Old, housekeeping came at 6pm, as I was dressing to go out, sheets stained and ultra thin from too many washes!

We enjoyed this hotel! This is the second time that we have stayed here. The location is convenient and feels safe. Everything we need to go to is normally a quick drive. We also love the comfort of this hotel. The beds are comfortable and I love the fact that they allow pets since we like to travel with our fur babies. I'm sure we will be back!

I woke up to find someone else coming into my room. They gave someone a key after I had already gone to bed when I called downstairs the lady said whoops it was a mistake. We didn’t show anybody in your room and hung up the phone. I tried to call back she would not answer, the shower in my room was not clean at all

Clean and comfy room. Clean hotel hallways and public areas. Breakfast was convenient and filling. Many options for morning meal. Since hotel was next to highway 10 we didn’t hear much traffic or congestion

Room was spacious and very clean, the breakfast was hot and delicious every morning. Hotel staff was very helpful.

We stayed 1 night room was clean, friendly staff, good location off the freeway. Not at all like what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. My only complaint would be no hot water, we took Luke warm/Cold showers. Breakfast was decent until a homeless man walked in causing a commotion while he decided to grab himself a free breakfast plate after cussing out one of the staff members. Fun times in New Orleans lol 😆 Over all hotel was adequate probably won’t stay here again.
