Got my car broken into it, in the parking garage even when they give you a pass key didn’t have any cameras and did nothin. All my baby’s frier birthday toys got stolen and my bag and credit cards!

The stay was great, but the bed was not very comfortable and walking over 25k+ steps at Disneyland a comfortable bed is needed!

Photo was way different than actual place. Place looked old and small. It looked like its not cleaned in detail after guests. If towel or anything is needed at night u must get ir ur self at front desk.

This room was absolutely perfect it had all of the stores around you that she could possibly want and it was only a couple blocks to Disneyland and the price was perfect the staff was friendly the room was large and I have nothing negative to say about it

The room was not what I picked online it was old and ugly and it was too loud you can hear everything from Disneyland all the fireworks everything you cannot sleep

This is our second stay at this hotel. It’s okay for the value and close to walking distance for Disneyland which is the reason we stayed. The building itself is pretty outdated and seems rundown in many ways. For example: loose light fixtures in the room, shower head falling apart, walls that are literally crooked or wavy, limited storage in rooms for things and drawers/dressers that don’t function properly. It worked for us but I would probably spring more money next time for a bit nicer of an accommodation.

The good points: Staff was great, price is very competitive, location is in walking distance of Disneyland and near a Coffee Bean and CVS. I felt safe in the hotel. Beds were fine. Room was clean.
The bad points: We could hear people running/stomping down the hall late at night. There was a bad sulfur smell on our floor. Every evening we had to open the slider door and spray the room with air freshener.
I was willing to put up with the bad because there were enough positives to justify it. Hotels in the area are ridiculously high, so even with the smell, I would consider staying again and make sure I pack room spray.

Distance and comfort from the parks was fantastic! The suite was perfect for our family of 5. Having CVS and Walgreens right there was a plus, too. For all those reasons, we would absolutely stay here again!
Minor complaints would be a little bit of cleanliness, but since we were out and about so much vs staying in the room all day, it was fine.

One of the cheaper places to stay in Anaheim. There are resort fees but there's nothing really except for a small pool. We stayed in the family suite and it was very mediocre, OK if u need somewhere cheap to stay the night. Beds were not comfortable. Felt like we were in a motel. Location however is great, good walking distance to Disney parks and restaurants.

Room had a funny smell to it. The walls and door are thin. I could not get a decent night of sleep cause I could hear every conversation as people walked by. With it being near Disneyland families would very up early to go to the park everyday and I was woken up every day from all the noise.

This hotel is in great location to the Disney parks as well as food establishments just up the road at new plaza. Beds comfy and free parking is massive bonus. Would recommend for families as you spend the whole day at the parks and then come back and crash. Kids used the pool no issues

The room was the perfect size. It could have been a little cleaner, noticed hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival. The walls are very thin and could hear kids running through the hallway and jumping upstairs. The parking lot is very small however, we were given access to a parking garage and that made it manageable. Also, the room was cold and it was great since it was so hot outside. Great location, everything was within walking distance so didn’t have to pay for parking at the parks. Overall very happy with our stay and will definitely book again.

You get what you pay for! It was one of the cheaper options around Disney! Only a $10 uber to the front gate! If you’re in it to simply have a place to lay your head after a long day of hiking Disney - it’s alright…it’s not nice, it’s dated, but it’s only .8 miles from the front gate…

We love staying here. The Staff are so friendly and accommodating. It’s about two blocks from Disneyland. This is our third time staying here and we will stay again.

The room smelled odd. The beds were uncomfortable. It looked run down and needs updating. We checked out first thing in the morning and went somewhere else. My daughter was upset and anxious about the quality of the room

The family room was large and comfortable enough for 7 of us. The service was friendly and efficient. The furniture and decor is older but clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. Nothing different or misleading. It is about a 5-8 minute walk from Disney - excellent and safe. No complaints!

This was a convenient location to Disney. The info on hotels.com stated it came with free breakfast, but when we got to check in, they said they haven’t had that for years.

Can’t complain about anything as we spent one night for Disney visit. The room suite accommodated my family well and comfortably. Service at the front desk at check in and check out time was great especially the young girl (I took her name but now forgot). She gave us excellent service with advice on how to best walk to Disney and gave us a voucher to keep our car parked in the garage till we finished at the park so we saved money. Thank you!
