Abaloutly disgusting hotel rooms, filthy & not cleaned at all. Toenails on floors & excriment on the bottom sheets. Would have scored 0 stars if that was an option. Avoid at all costs.

Room was comfortable and clean but tired.

This is a pretty decent Hotel. Very close to the M5 and other main routes.The only disappointing part was check in. The guy on reception was just so unprofessional.I approached the desk and stated my name and said I had a reservation. He just said "yea" There was an awkward moment silence. I just said, I'm in the hotel right ? After an unwelcoming check in I found the room to be perfect for a short stay, clean and well equipped. I stayed as I had a very early flight from Bristol. The Prince of Wales bridge was going to be closed and other roadworks too. I decided to stay closer to the Airport. In general a clean smart Hotel and good value for money. Also has a restaurant bar and 2 minutes walk to various fast food outlets and shops..

Checked in later in the evening, was told restaurant only had a booking for 20:30, which we booked. When we arrived down for dinner, there were many items unavailable in drink and food menu. Asked for no cheese on meal due to dairy allergy, food arrived with it on! Restaurant and bar area were clean. Staff were polite but abrupt. Bathroom and Bedroom were clean. Breakfast was fresh, good selection and well labelled.

When I checked in, there were no key cards left so the receptionist had to let everyone in and out of their rooms! Crazy. Plus the car park was full when I arrived I had to to park among the giant semi trucks. Staff were however very nice, the room was otherwise fine windows can be opened (against the awful modern trend of sealed rooms).

Would not recommend - the room was smelt of Smoke and front desk was not bothered! Extremely Noisy and did not sleep all night! £175 down the drain. Had hand wash to use in the shower! Again front desk not bothered!

Enjoyed our 4 night stay, hotel nice and clean, staff friendly Services where hotel situated a nightmare, all one way system, if you get it wrong or there are no spaces for parking you have to go back to the M5 roundabout and enter site again.(dit it 7 times) until I managed to park near the hotel. Non disabled people parked in hotel disabled places, no one checked, this is was frustrating. Will stay again.

Great little place to stop over on journey down south

Beds where comfortable however the room was very hot. A fan was supplied but had obviously not been used or cleaned for a long while as it was covered in dust and fluff, when turned on if filled the room with dust/fluff. Hairdryer would not turn on, switch was stuck. I told a cleaner as there was no receptionist at check-out. Breakfast items were not replenished after 9am. I expected more from Ramada, I'd say at best this is equivalent to a tiered Travelodge. I would stay again but only due to its convenient location

Room ready when we arrived at 945pm. Parking close to Hotel was occupied so needed to go back out on roundabout and re-enter the site. Family all slept well and enjoyed good breakfast.

There for the weekend visiting family in Bristol. A bit noisy think we had elephants above us ,apart from that, checking was a bit confusing for staff, ,key card did not let us in Saturday night, Sunday morning breakfast was a bit slow only seemed to be one staff member doing everything front desk,clearing tables, replenishing plates bread , attending to quests requirements. A bit slow really should be 2. After all that it could have been worse have been to worse.

Property rooms were clean and tidy area around property could do with some maintenance. Overgrown and litter

Nice clean, comfortable hotel with easy access to gas station and fast food. Sink leaked and only clean the rooms every three days. Asked to have garbages switched out daily and this was not done.

I now use on a regular basis. Very quiet considering the location. I always get the best sleeps here.

The bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
