The hotel is Is old and needs renovation. The general manager was excellent and easy to deal with when we checked into our room. He didn’t work was freezing. The television didn’t work well. The general manager moved us to a new room where the fridge was making noise all night.

Bad area. Made us sign an agreement that they are not responsible for car break-ins. Room was dirty, including bathroom. Fire detector kept chirping and front desk said just to remove the battery (as opposed to fixing the issue). All in all bad experience and property. Would not recommend.

Our reservation was given away. The front desk didn’t apologize and I was made to feel it was my fault. I was told she could cancel it, refund our money and find somewhere else. This was ten at night. We had to make do with a king size bed for three adults. Our room was dirty with long black hair all over. Our top lock was missing. The general condition of the facility was terrible. Don’t even consider this place.

Room including bathroom could have been much cleaner & made with good quality products. But the bed was good. We didn't feel that the location was safe. The front desk receptionist was excellent. She checked us in/out right away. Breakfast was standard, but we didn't eat.

Very dirty and run down in the hallways and common areas. The room smelled like cleaner but honestly I wondered what they cleaned. The only good thing was the sheets looked clean. The taps were dripping and the furniture was worn and not clean. The free breakfast was minimal. Best part was the waffles. $200 cdn a night!! Never again!!

Bathroom was littered with dead insects, shower still had the previous tenants used soap. The carpet was dirty and bedspread stained. The side entrance door was filthy and entry looked like it had not been swept or mopped in years. The grounds were a mess . The lawn, what there was of it was dead or filled with dandelions. The flower pots were full of dead flowers, the floor boards were coming up and the breakfast yogurts were 2 weeks out of date. Yikes! Tear the place down!

Was welcomed and given a room two hours before check-in time. Staff was very helpful. Satellite TV reception was sketchy and sometimes near impossible to watch, however all other amenities, cleanliness, comfort, etc. were excellent. Great value, would definitely stay again.

The staff were nice and so I would like to give this a good review but the hotel itself was really dirty and gross. You had to keep your shoes on in the rooms because the carpet would leave your socks or feet black after just a few minutes. The shower curtain was moldy. The tub looked dirty. A funky musty smell permeated the floor we were on. I'm not sure what it was from. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful.

This place is absolutely terrible. Not safe for any family. Smells like drugs and urine. We left as soon as we got to our room. All of Idaho Falls was booked and we opted to stay 30 minutes away then to stay another second at this place.

The first room we were given reeked like cat urine, the second room reeked like cigarette smoke, the third room keys didn’t work…. Finally got into the room and it was ok. Lady at the front desk was great at dealing with the issues. Hallways very dirty. Would not stay there again.

The receptionist was very friendly, the AC was perfect and the sheets didn't look visibly dirty, but the bathroom floor and countertops were sticky. The halls and floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned out vacuumed for months. But at least we escaped the heatwave.

Skip staying at this hotel! I realize it is a “budget” motel and I can deal with a lot of less than ideal conditions, but this hotel just needs leveled to make room for a new hotel! This hotel was in the worst condition I’ve seen a hotel in for a long time! It was just run down, doors didn’t work, hand sink and bath tub/shower drains were all plugged and there was hair and dirt in the shower and on the shower curtain and walls from the last customer! I seriously considered showering with my sandals on. This made me wonder how clean the rest of the room was!
