Good hotel for families, but the pool has strange hours. It doesn’t open until 9am and the waterslides don’t open until 5pm because they have lifeguards on duty.
It was disappointing for our kids. We wish the hours were more clear when booking the room. We likely would have chosen a hotel with a regular water slide that you can use all the time.

The rooms here are great for larger families. The staff is always really friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great no big issues. We did feel the room was a little dark. We had a window facing the pool and even with that curtain open the room was a little dark.

Very good experience with the staff and the pool was fun for my kids. Nikhil at the front desk was friendly and kind. Thanks when I come back to Lethbridge I’ll stay again.

We stayed here for a sports tournament weekend, and it was easy access to main roads for commuting, had plenty of dining options (and shopping) nearby as well. It was a great place to stay for our family!

I had booked a room through Expedia and my room was canceled and I was told they only had one room available but I would have to book under the hotels rates instead of Expedia. Here someone else had the same problem as me and they said I got the the last room but sold the person behind me another room too. If it was sold out how did we both get rooms with our original rooms canceled one us? Seems unprofessional and crooked to me

It was a very nice hotel to stay but a few days into our stay we noticed cockroaches

I didn’t like how they cancelled my room on the day I was suppose to check in. The woman at the front said they sent me a text telling me that they had cancelled my room due to my mc decline when I never got a text from them. They gave me a room anyways and I got charged extra. I think they were just trying to make extra money. They did that to my daughter n granddaughter too. They should’ve notified us as soon as that happened so we could reciting it instead of surprising us when we went to check in. II won’t stay there anymore

I like that they have waterslides and a pool. I DIDN'T like that cost to use it wasn't included in the cost of the stay. We have never seen this before and were super disappointed to pay an extra $40 for this (4 of us)

This hotel was a kids paradise! They really never wanted to leave the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and the Smitty's next door was everyone's favourite! The wave pool and the waterslides were awesome. and the price per night incredible.

This was the biggest Holiday Inn I’ve ever been to. The amenities were awesome. Really enjoyed the water park.

The check in process took forever. The phone did not work - I had to go down the hall and use the house phone. The TV and guide did not match up so you couldn’t find anything to watch.

Kids loved the pool inside the hotel. Staff was very nice. There was some renovation going on however wasn’t noisy at all. It was a good experience overall.

Balcony rooms overlooking the pool would be my suggestion if you have kids. Not a lot of seating around the pool and you are not able to take in water/ tea or coffee.

Nearby many restaurants, shopping, etc. Waterpark at the hotel was great; staffed by lifeguards, and a variety of areas to suit all ages.

It should be on the website that the hotel is under construction and smells like paint. Way too much money to spend a night in a construction zone with kids. The Pool was beautiful but to cold to swim in

The kids loved the pool. My only complaint is they want 10 bucks to rent a tube, which is ridiculous, especially when we are paying almost 300 for one room. There were my husband and I, along with 4 children, staying in the room. But there were only enough towels for 4 of us. A call to the front desk fixed the issue. Over all we were happy with our stay, just those few minor things

Renovations being made and pools slide and wave pool only run during certain times of the day. Room was spacious staff was very friendly at check in.

I had a good sleep in an air conditioned room. This floor of the hotel was undergoing renovations and one of the workers, in their cleanup, in the bathroom to rinse tools had failed to clean gyprock putty from the under side of the shower handle. ? ?
I stilled showered and slept.
