Location is perfect. Unnecessarily expensive. The curtains were dusty. There was no hot water coming to the shower head. Water was flowing from under the sink onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast options were limited and not enough. I do not recommend it.

The location was excellent. And, we particularly enjoyed the concierge service provided by Antonio. He recommended amazing restaurants, and places to visit.
Some things in the room were sub par, like the tub not draining properly. Also, the flowers in the room died one day into our visit, and were not replaced, or removed. We had to request replacement coffee three times before it arrived the next day. Our expectations at this price level were for a better room experience.

Incredible hotel in an excellent location. The hotel was so clean and well kept; the rooms were fantastic and very luxurious. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the private boat taxis to the facility everything and everyone was 5 Star.
Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

We where given a room upgrade and we where very happy until we got into the room. If you travel to Venice what would you like in a hotel? Of course canal view…, at least a street view. Our upgrade had no view…! Looked into an internal patio with cardboard floor. We won’t mine smaller room but view.

This hotel was amazing!! It offered the feel of Italy, just like we wanted! The staff was kind and ready to help at any time! I was very very pleased with our choice to stay here. The location couldn't be beat, right next to San Marco square and shopping!

It was our Honeymoon
Everything was perfect except two things:
1) their ATM misfortunes and took $500 Euro. We now have to chase bank.
2) first night of our honeymoon and concierge recommended terrible restaurant. Poor food, empty. Must be his friend

Super friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms are spacious and bathrooms recently updated.
Would definitely be our go to place to stay in Venice, the next time we visit.

Hotel is located on the water within a 100m of St Marks Square but on a cul de sac making it quite with no noisy passers by. The service is discrete and professional and the breakfast and bedrooms a delight. The staff are all helpful

The perfect location for exploring Venice. But most importantly a superb staff who make sure to take care of your every need and want. We stayed during the height of Carnival and received such attentive, kind service throughout. Such a pleasure. Will return again and again.

After reading reviews we chose the Baglioni for our stay in Venice and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, near all the best shops and restaurants. I was blown away by our suite, the room was massive and the view was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! Wonderful! A dream! We absolutely loved this hotel and plan to be back. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and kind. They were very helpful. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were just as fabulous. One of the best parts of our 2 week long trip. Quite literally steps away from St. Mark’s Basilica/Square and on the other side steps away from the best shopping.

Great location on Piazza San Marco, beautiful property, and terrific staff. Couldn’t have been better from Concierge, to restaurant and bar staff, to room service. Excellent in every way. Highly recommend the Baglioni Luna!

Our basic room was just that, dark, with a cramped bathroom that needed attention. The breakfast was the standard of a 2* hotel, so bad that we avoided it on the third day and went out to a proper hotel for breakfast. Very convenient location though (why we stayed here) but the standard was well below a 5* hotel. Staff were pleasant and tried hard, but the whole experience was woeful.
