The room was clean but stained. Stains on the desk chair, the recliner, the floor, bedskirt. Bathroon needed updated terribly. Check in was fine, attendee was pleasant.

The stay was not good. I would give no stars, if possible. The sign was difficult to see in the dark. The hotel smelled musty and of cigarettes. Our room was dirty- floor was sticky, Reese's pieces all over the floor, the refrigerator light was working and it was making noise but it was broken, the food we put in was warm in the morning and had to be thrown out and then we noticed the black mold inside of it, even the towels did not smell clean. There were electrical outlets that did not work, lights missing in the lamps, drain broken in the tub, toilet flushed poorly.The coffee tasted nasty and there were few food choices for breakfast. It was a tri-level motel and the first floor smelled moldy.

Lobby warm and humid. Check in straight forward except no elevator for upstairs. No AC in hallways so very warm. Room okay, standard. Bed very firm which worked with my back. No made bed for 2nd day. Breakfast is waffle, cereal, muffin with fruit cup. Wi-Fi worked.

Clean, comfortable hotel for an affordable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Hannibal area

It's a cheap option.

We had a service dog so they put us in the first floor that has the waterproof laminate floors i understand that but the floors are so filthy my feet were black walking on it. The bathtub had the overflow cover missing and looked gruby I had to ask for a microwave that was supposed to be in the room the small fridge was old. I don't want to say who owns or has a franchise in hotels but they run hotels to the ground don't know if it's a way to get their families into the country if i could find a way to know this first I would not stay at these hotels.

It was a little outdated, but it was clean! The rate was great. The beds were comfy, but there was only a sheet and the lightweight bedspread so, it got a little chilly while sleeping. (We just adjusted the AC & I am sure had we asked for extra blanket, they would have been more than happy to accommodate us)! They offer breakfast which we did take advantage of one morning. Across the street it Louge's restaurant which is open till 2pm. It was very good!

You are getting a good value for the money you pay here. I've always felt this is a reliably clean and decent place to stay that is just a couple minutes a way from everything the town has to offer. The pool was open bright and early for us when we asked for towels at the counter, there was always someone at the front desk if we needed assistance, and although there is only one window, the staff member was efficient with the check-in process. There was some noticeable water staining on one of the corners of a ceiling, otherwise the room was well cleaned and offered plenty of space. The only deal-breaker could be the breakfast. It's a few cereals to choose from and packaged blueberry muffins. In our case, we were never planning on eating breakfast at the hotel, so it's a non-issue. When it comes to weighing all of that out, and my overall experience? I plan on returning at least once a year to this location as long as the rates remain reasonable and the staff remains friendly! We land somewhere in the 4-5 out of 5 star range. Great stay.

Bed bugs rude staff building was 500 degrees was told to pound sand when we brought this to their attention.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The property had an overall odor of mildew. The room was marginally clean. The floors were clean and the bathroom was spotless. The beds were a different story. Spots/stains on the bedspread and hairs on the sheets when we pulled them back. I received what I paid for. Low price and low quality.

Bathtub very slick! Breakfast was limited. Dirty tables at breakfast. Syrup all over.

The room was fine but the tv remote was terrible and needs to be updated. Continental breakfast was ok. Staff was shorthanded but ok. No problems at all except tv. Good place for the money.

entrance to parking lot is bad. room was clean. bathroom, esp. stool is not suitable for disabled. requested cleaning personally to the cleaning staff. speak english??? did not comply. breakfast was poor choices. staff was very friendly. good location for us

Quick easy access to the highway, but quiet.

They tried to put my husband and I in a room that was being treated for bedbugs at first. And then the next room they gave us i could barely sleep not knowing if it was infected or not. Was only there for 4 hours.

There was an empty chetos bag on the floor when we arrived. I assume our room was not cleaned.

Great stay for the price!

Philip was very courteous and beyond helpful!! The pool had still not passed inspection during my JULY stay, that was disappointing. Overall the property looks dated, but was clean and inexpensive, and service was good. A piece of bread and maybe a toaster for the breakfast service would have been appreciated. And actual fruit is always my choice over fruit cups.

No cold water in room.

Reservation was for a queen-size bed. It was a full, at best. Inquired and manager says all beds are queens. He got scammed if he thinks that. Cold water on sink just spins, so no cold water to brush teeth and rinse. Just about had to stand in tub to close bathroom door. No iron to press outfit for dinner. Breakfast was waffles or cereal. No fruit, toast, bagels, juice, or other hot foods.

I checked into my room at 11pm and when I got into my room, the bed covers were stained. Then I sat down and the power went out and stayed out until 4am. I checked out at 7 and the front desk person told me that the Manager would be in and giving discounts for the power outage. I called in the evening as I had not received an email with an update and the person said to call back the next day. I had food that I couldn’t keep, slept in a room with no AC.

Could be a lot cleaner. Sheets were dirty. Looked like snot on the walls. The breakfast was disappointing.

Property and room were reasonably clean. Entry and parking is not convenient for check-in or moving luggage. Not close to Sodalis nature preserve as claimed, appx 3 miles away. Breakfast, sitting and lounge area for people who enjoy that amenity. Small pool is decent if you make it there during the hours it is open. Good value for the $ compared to other places nearby if you are just seeking a basic hotel.

It seemed to be a quite area just off the highway. Clean room! A slight language barrier with at least one front desk staff. Hard to understand.
