On the beach, beautiful ocean view from balcony

Lovely 2 day stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was spotless and very modern in design with a .superb position overlooking the beach.
Food was fresh and plenty of choice both for breakfast and dinner.
Swimming pool area was very well maintained with very efficient staff.

Las Palmas is a tiny city about 30 minutes from the airport, but all the flight crews stay at this hotel, which says something. Check in - effortless, glass of Cava while wait. Beautiful room with only the board walk between us and the sea. We arrived by bus and it was a ten minute walk to the hotel and back. That said, luxury costs, so if you are on a backpackers budget you won't be staying here, however if you are on a spoil-yourself holiday, then you can afford it.

The hotel absolutely doesn’t deserve five stars ! The reception is part of the restaurant. The room is not up to par: absent of bathrobe, bath product, towels are in a terrible state. The household very badly done, the sheets were not changed for three days. The catering is very limited. We regret having chosen this hotel.

Phenomenal staff and service. We had misplaced an item and housekeeping was able to find it and returned it to our room the following day. Halfboard was well worth it. The hotel is in a great location for any exploring and traveling needs.

Decent hotel right on the beach. Nothing fancy nyt betyder kind personnel. Not Manu sunbeds at the pool. Stayed on the ninth floor and the fitness room was on the tenth floor and the noice was significant.

The hotel was lovely and clean, pool area lovely, nice view by the sea. The weather was cloudy but still got a nice tan.
Great view from the room balcony. Room was lovely, could do with tea/coffee making facilities.
Small fridge in the room.
Beach bar staff/towel guy were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. Bar meals were delicious and very good value.
Stayed many times before and always enjoyed breakfast. This time it had good variety but maybe English breakfast wasn't as good as before. Missed the tortilla.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and we will be back.

Service every where was excellent, cleaning was great, but the rooms are not 5 star rooms at all, a lot of thing are missing to be a 5 star room, everything is a little outdated, and there are 4 star hotels near by with much better comfort and equipment's in the rooms

Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Reception areas are clean and modern and also the breakfast room.
There is a sun terrace and pool on the next level. It’s well maintained and with great views.
Unfortunately the bedrooms are a real come down. They are very tired and cheaply furnished . However, they are clean with reasonable bathrooms and we had a good sea view.
I felt it was a little overpriced and much more a good 3 star…possibly 4 star but certainly not 5 star.
However, clean, well positioned, friendly and with an excellent breakfast.

Generally it’s a good hotel and deserves 5* despite many travelers say it does not. Yes, the room has old furtinure, but it is still cozy and has a charm. There is stunning views from a balcony, very good breakfast and strong cleaning. What I dislike was mold inside a shower head but I can forgive it.

The location was good, right on the beach promenade with lots of restaurants. Short access to fine beach. We had a room with sea view, west faced with afternoon sun. The room was spacious, clean and with comfy beds. The breakfast was excellent. Some negative things: Thin walls, noise from neighbour rooms. Too few sunbeds on pool area. Sometimes only one lift in operation. The aircondition didn't not work on our room, but there was no problem to sleep with open balcony door, the only sound was the waves on the beach.

I had a great stay, the property is situated close to the beach with restaurants bars and shops also close by. Staff are friendly and helpful Toni in the bar especially and the reception staff helped us with a late check out that was much appreciated. Rooms are clean and tidy and were cleaned daily. Although the bed was very firm. And the pool bar shuts quite early which is a shame as it’s a nice space to have a drink in the evening. Ask for a sea view if you can you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.

This hotel had the most amazing view of the ocean. The balcony had a glass wind protector so you could both see the ocean and sun bathe comfortably. Rooms were kept immaculately clean by hotel staff. An incredible breakfast buffet that was outstanding in selection and quality was provided everyday from 6-11 am. The restaurant was superb and the Bar on the "Hall" floor was also excellent with friendly bar tenders.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Apart from that, it's old, outdated and overpriced. Breakfast quality is very poor. Elevators are slow. Room is cleaned at minimal level.
I honestly don't understand how anyone could write a good review about it.

Beautiful hotel with charming staff. They found out it was our 40th wedding anniversary and put a bottle of complimentary bubbles in our room. Beautiful room, spatacular setting. Truly great stay. Thank you
