If you want a good nights sleep, avoid this hotel. Very Noisy at all hours - late at night (after 11pm) and early - (before 7am) - conventioneers or party groups... everything can be heard in the rooms.

We were able to park right in front of the building for a little while so we could unload our bags to the room. The recommended pay lot was very near and easy. Room was luxurious. Breakfast very good with many options.

Bathroom space very poorly utilised.
Beds were terrible, bed in the shape of a U, unbelievable these days. Don’t expect this from a Silken hotel. Very disappointed

A very good hotel with excellent value for money proposition, at least when I visited. Parking nearby, easy access with car to load and unload luggage, 500 meter from iconic Plaza Mayor. Rooms are good and bathroom ok. All positive!

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast buffet. I liked the location of this hotel on the Plaza San Juan. Plenty of bars and cafes in the neighbourhood. You're on the edge of the tourist area and its still easy to find parking on street. There are also some nice green spaces nearby. Salamanca itself is a beautiful old city, full of surprises. I will just caution against room 118 which, being above the breakfast room and near to the laundry, is not as quiet as you might like.

Really comfortable place to stay in Salamanca. The staff were really friendly and helpful to us during our stay. We used the hotel as a base for exploring around the area and they were happy to store our luggage for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Clean and friendly to this solo American ttaveler. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to several exceptional restaurants in the Plaza Major Square. Hotel staff was courteous and helped even tho i speak very little Spanish.

Ok. But I could have chosen a better hotel in the area. It didn't have the facilities my very cheaper hostel in Madrid had. Ie coffee..tea making sevice.Bed not very comfortable. Tried breakfast very limited. Best thing about place was bathroom ..spacious and location good.But loads of hotels nearby were better.

The hotel is a great facility within close proximity to town. Some may find it a bit far from the center but it is just right and guarantees a quiet night’s sleep. 10 min walk from most attractions with large and spacious facilities. Breakfast should be included for the price! Love the candies & chocolate touch!

Room OK but choice of light grey laminate flooring a big mistake as it showed all marks and dirt before the daily clean.
Building and decorating work in progress so quite a lot of noise at times, but if this is improving the hotel it's good. I think that the reception staff or management should have warned us/apologised about it.

The location is great, the staff is great, the room was very nice except for the fact that it had to be 85°F inside even with the windows open and the beds were only slightly better than sleeping on the cobblestone road in front of the hotel. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

We ended up in Salamanca completely by accident due to an incorrect booking but was very happy when we got there the hotel is fantastic the staff very friendly great location very close to the heart of all Salamanca and the area was absolutely stunning happy to come back

We didn't like having to pay an additional E12 just to park the car overnight. If you are not driving the hotel is fine. If you are, look for a different one.

I lived in Salamanca for years, but I havent been back in awhile. I was a bit nervous to stay in Plaza de San Juan Bautista as we used to go pre-drinking there because it was cheaper, but it was fine. I had no problems walking back to the hotel even at night with my daughter. It was quiet, we came and went as we pleased, all the taxi drivers know it by name, and its less than 5 minutes walking from the Plaza Mayor.

The hotel is very well located and easy to get to. The air conditioning was wonderful, which was a must in the hot weather. Rooms are not very big but still comfortable. Everything was very clean and beds are very good.We had a balcony and it was great.

Excellent hotel and a very reasonable room rate. Parking just across the road so not too far to walk to the car park. A very good choice of breakfast goodies, scrambled eggs to die for. Will go back there again one day.

Nice spot in the city not being far from anywhere. Cafes in square across the road from Hotel were spot on - 2,20€ for a coffee and an beer - just what we northerners like!!!
