Easy to find. Easy to park. Quick check in. Breakfast OK but why was I charged 23 Euros extra for breakfast when Expedia said it was included. Tedious and annoying .

Good stay just outside of city centre, easy access with parking included. The rooms and amenities were sufficient for a short overnight stay.

Great for an overnight stop on route to southern Spain. Great parking on site which was important for us. It looks like it has recently been renovated and was very clean. Lovely staff and a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Would stay again

We liked the location of this hotel and the staff were very friendly. It did look a little tired though, particularly from the outside. I liked the split room which meant we could go to bed after the kids

Convenient overnight stopover travelling through France. We had a family room with connecting doors. Rooms a good size. Located adjacent to retail units and nearby supermarkets. Would benefit from improved noise insulation & air conditioning but otherwise no complaints.

Hard to find the hotel because the address given on the hotel.com confirmation was incorrect. Tried to call but receptionist couldn’t give directions. Had to activate a travel plan on my cell phone to be able to look up the information on google. Small room was stark but adequate. Bathroom was tiny and the bathtub was slippery with nothing to hol onto. Both my husband and I almost slipped getting out twice. And my husband slipped and fell into the tub in the dark in the middle of the night cause it was so small and the door blocked the toilet. Front desk seemed unconcerned. Breakfast and dinners were very good except that the restaurant part was closed for dinner on the weekend and there were few choices nearby (had to drive). Inner city of Tours was impossible to drive on the weekend.

Friendly staff, free parking. Rooms were updated and basic but overall property had a institution like feel with lots of noise, clunky doors, etc.

Travelling with two 15 year old girls. The room was dark and dingy, it smelt, the double bed was as hard as rock and the pillows were like bricks. The beds for the girls were tiny z beds with no proper bedding - thought we were getting two doubles! Overlooked a huge rubbish bin. The bathroom was ok and I swear bigger than the bedroom! Thank goodness we were only staying overnight en-route.

As expected

We used it as a stop off on our way to Portugal. The area deserved more time to explore. Only negative comment is the carpets in the communal areas need some attention. Big plus the staff were great even to ignorant Brits with no language skills. Food very good.

stayed 2 nights on our way to Italy well situated hotel tram stop near so did not need to drive into tours plenty of places to eat around the hotel

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, quiet, we only stayed one night as we were just passing by.

Stayed overnight with my 2 sons and my sister, the staff is very welcoming, the room as expected (3 single beds and one double for my sister). It was easy to find, near the airport but not exposed to any noise level and 10 15 minutes from the city center. Breakfast was good quality and prices are very competitive. There is a very nice wine merchant around the corner with an extensive collection of local wines.

The hotel is close to the A10 motorway and on the RN10 road, we have used it a few times now when returning from trips to Spain. Nice clean modern hotel, with attentive staff. It is close to a tram station for travel to Tours centre.

The hotel is in a very good condition, neat and tidy but the air condition is not working. The staff is OK, services such as laundry is OK location is handy as it is close to transport to the city. The breakfast is reasonable for the price they are charging. I can recommend this with a condition to check if the air con system is working before confirning the booking.
