This hotel/room was nice and spacious, but it would’ve been nice to know that it was currently under construction and many of the amenities were not available. The gym was closed, the pool was closed and the glorious looking continental breakfast was running at about a quarter capacity of the photo you see when booking. The room was great for the price but the hotel itself was lackluster.

Room smelled of mold and mildew. Secondary lock on door was broke. Sheets and mattress had unknown stains visible. Hotel was dirty and smelled of weed. We left and dound somewhere else to stay. Was told would have to come back to talk to someone about refunds

Only thing I liked was the customer service. They are under renovations at the moment so it’s giving a very run down vibe.

Difficult to tell from the entryway if the hotel was even open due to scaffolding all around the building. The hallways and room had white styrofoam substance blown in everywhere; water seeping from under tiles at the foot of the bed. Staff was friendly and moved us to another room; air conditioning was filled with styrofoam and would not cool; styrofoam all over the bed and floor of the second room. Staff was courteous to my family, but there were other customers giving attitude and getting it back. Honestly felt a bit sorry for staff as they were just doing their jobs.

No room service, in the lobby and in the passage where the carpet is, have a funky smell. No change of sheet or towel at all.

There was homeless people everywhere. They where doing construction we couldn’t sleep. The pool had debri from the pool we never had toilet paper or clean towels. Would have been better off sleeping in my car. Breakfast was always gone quick or someone accidentally shut the door and couldn’t get it open.

The property was under construction, which is fine, however the first room they assigned us was not only under construction it was still dirty from the workers being there what seems like moments before. There was an old ripped out air conditioner unit laying in the middle of the room. The floor was covered in dirt. We went to the front desk to make sure they didn’t assign this room in error and they confirmed that was the right room. We asked for a 2nd room. That room was worse than the first room and had bugs present. Hair was all over the bed sheets and dirty towels still left in the room. We immediately left and asked for a refund. They confirmed a refund without hesitation, but I have not received it yet as this all just happened last night. Staff was pleasant to deal with, but they knew their product was well under par.

The bathroom was dirty the towels were dirty didn’t not enjoy my stay at all.

Had 2 towels in my room and one of them were dirty, went to front to get a new towel and she had no extras up there and said no way to get others! Not true I’ve worked in a hotel before and the same went for the shampoo! Security lock on door was broke off door and half was missing!

The hotel was fine on the inside. It appears that they are making renovations to the outside. The main negative would be the offerings for breakfast. They were rather limited.

It was the worst place i have ever seen. Couldn't even stay there. Had to go and find a different hotel. Floors were dirty, the mirrors were so dirty, hair in the shower. Bed looked like it was slept in.

The place is nothing like the pictures there are hazardous things everywhere holes you can see outside definitely false advertising being part of the Wyndham i had a little faith definitely way of priced the kids and i needed somewhere to lay our head for the night and I'll tell you I didn't sleep a wink . Staff was ok

The property was nothing as pictured. The exterior was cracking and paint off most of building. Interior no air and smelled like smoke in lobby and hallways. Room had air on and off. Tv had a huge melted ball like area in the tv. Cracks everywhere. Beds were fine. Clean sheets and towels.

The General Manager was extremely courteous & respectful. The building itself is being renovated, causing the pool to be shut down & several things in dire need of reconditioning. The on-call staff was less than courteous & knew they had to be on good behavior when the manager was around. The secondary lock on the door was broken, one sheet was torn (that they refused to replace), we could not use the bathtub as there was no stopper, the hot & cold water settings were incorrect, breakfast was horrible, with 2 selections (bread & a broken toaster or waffles), & the lobby smelled of smoke & bug/rodent killer. We do not ever plan on staying here again & recommend that nobody uses this facility.

The outside looked run down. The tub looked like it was never cleaned. House keeping did not clean our room i went to the front to get clean towels and no one was up front multiple times they were outside every time

The hotel was good but it wasnt amazing. The breakfast was good and the room was ok. The AC was not cold and the bed was SO HARD! But it was okay overall

Was dirty, not kept up, smelled bad and there was trash and a broken diwn car in parking lot. There was "bedding" in bushes, as if someone was sleeping out in them. It was dark at check in arsa and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, marijuana, and lkke wet dirty carper. It was a bad in rooms… dirty linen, dirty bathroom, busted off interior door lock latch. It was a surprise to us that anyone would expect a person to pay to stay there. We did not stay, we gave our room cards back to checkin lady, and told her we were leaving and would not be returning.

The stay was awful! The hotel listed on the app is a Baymont, but it isn't THE Baymont in the listing. Tiles in the ceiling missing, holes in the headboard, outlets missing covers, stained/filthy walls, a/c didn't cool the room, sheets and towels covered in stains, etc... We were booked for 5 nights, but had to leave after 2 due to my wife getting sick. We weren't even given the room that we booked. Not even sure if the guy at the front desk even checked us out on time. They also said that they would not reimburse us for the days that we weren't there. DO NOT stay at this hotel!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Boarded up windows. Doors don’t meet the frame so it sounds like people in the hall are in your room with you. The hair dryer is nasty. Pipes make a high pitched noise that lasts forever and hurts your ears when you flush the toilet. No hot water one of the 3 nights we stayed…cold showers are no fun, especially when you’re paying for them. Filthy floors everywhere. Ceiling was pouring in the lobby at one point and they didn’t even have a bucket to catch it. Our key cards stopped working twice and we had to go have them reactivated each time. Very frustrating when you just want to go to bed and no one is manning the front desk. The absolute worst part is the rooms are moist. The floors are slick. Towels will not dry. Sheets feel wet when you lay down. There is so much humidity in the room our shoes felt wet when we put them on. Disgusting!!!! I went down stairs and requested a couple dry towels and was told housekeeping handled that between the hours of 7-3. It was 2:14 pm. There is a sign in the room that states they will be glad to provide towels if needed. This is not true. She was rude and no towels were provided. Other guests told us they had the same issues, so it wasn’t just our room. I have never had an experience like this. Not this many bad things at once. I could go on and on because there is more. Don’t stay here, you will regret it.

Vinyl floors that were peeling up. Walking barefoot then into the shower literally left mud in the shower. Floors need daily cleaning. Shower ceiling has mold. Light fixture has mold and major rust. Room keys needed to be reset each day. Maid service knocking waaay before 11:00. No NO DISTURB placards. Air conditioner worked very well, I'll concede that.

No hot water

The pic and the actual hotel are nothing alike. This hotel is very old looking and kinda run down but probably due to the extensive use it gets from bike week and other biker events. It had a overly "bleach" smell which always concerns me as to why? Furniture is old and the bed had a metal frame but kinda comfortable. I guess I would stay here again because the price was right...

Excellent play

Roaches, dirty floors, clogged shower, dirty towels with massive stains, holes in sheets, cigarette burns on sheets, dirty sheets, weed smell coming into room from other rooms. Traveled with kids and they felt unsafe due to random people being in the hallways at any given time. Wouldn't recommend nor stay again.

The place is filthy, it smells like urine and smoke. Feom the lobby to the rooms it has terrible. The bathrooms has soap scums in them, yes them because we were moved to 3 different rooms. They showed us their best room and it was worse than homes in a 3rd world country. There were dust everywhere and even the sheets on the beds were durty. It was as if they do not have house keeping at all. To make matters worse, they were not even willing to refund us a partial of the 4 nights that we prepaid for even though we decided to check out right away after checking in. The manager was never available and still has yet to be. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!
