The young man at the front desk was great when we checked in. friendly and gave us recommendations for restaurants that were all great. very helpful.

A very nice and quiet place, easy access and very friendly employees.

It was clean and modern - met our needs perfectly and we would go back.
Only negative- We were initially given a room on the first floor but asked if we could stay on the ground floor so we wouldn’t have to bring our suitcases up the stairs. However, we regretted this decision as we could hear everything from the room upstairs and it was like a stampede of elephants from 6am in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and the grounds were clean. It is an average hotel room. We felt very safe in the area. It is about a 10-15 minute drive into Monterey Bay/Cannery Row/Aquarium which was great for us as we did not want to be staying in the thick of people. We loved the location and found it was very easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again

Everything about the room was well thought out. From the Comfortable foam bed to the thick white towels that were plush, and not too thin. Three towel hangers in the bathroom well placement of lights in the living area very plus pillows placed against the headrest were nice touches. There were many more subtleties that I would rather not mention because it’ll just take too long. I’m coming back.

cons: water did not get really hot, our room was by the washer and dryer and it was noisy(only for part of the day) parking entry was a little steep and narrow.
overall a great place to stay and would stay again.

My Brother and I had a wonderful 4 day stay! Only wish that you did not jack your rates up 4 times regular rate for car week!!

This is a motel so I didn’t expect much, it went beyond my expectations as far as cleanliness is concerned, it's one of the cleanest places I've stayed including hotels like the Belagio and Wynn in Las Vegas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a very nice stay.

Great stay, definitely recommend. It was very nice, the location was perfect. It was around lots of activities for tourists such as the aquarium, car tour rentals, and boat rentals!

Very friendly staff, room was very clean. Room service was great. Location is about a mile or two to town, not walkable. The had a nice small pool, outdoor seating area and guest laundry area. Quiet surroundings. For the price it was a great place to stay.

The rooms were updated and everything was clean.
Bathroom had granite shower and was very clean.
Parking is safe and you don't have to worry about your car and belongings.

Property was nice and well kept. Check in was fast and frontdesk was friendly and helpful. My only issue was internet. Whether it was my phone or my laptop. the internet was slow and kept cutting out for me.

Everything about this property was GREAT! The ONLY reason it lost one star for is is because the walls and ceiling are SUPER THIN. If you stay on the first level, you will hear and feel EVERYTHING happening above...walking, running, toilet flushing, sink/shower faucet running, talking. So if you book, ask if they can offer a spot on the second level...but then again the windows are thing also so you will luggage rolling, cars starting ext.

Only bad remark was poor wifi, I was often getting less than 1 mbps and my colleague simply couldn't connect most of the time. Not a place to stay if you are looking to do any work.

Everything was great as it was during our first visit a few months ago. Although, this time, the water from the faucet smelled odd, like eggs, when you would turn the water on. It smelled like that every time you turned the water on.

Wasn’t sure in the beginning if I made a great choice in a Hotel. It seemed like it was in a somewhat sketchy area. But, the hotel room was nice. The beds were big and had lots of covers. Our room had a nice sized T.V, a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge. They had a laundry set on site to wash clothes if needed. The hairdryer in the bathroom had a shortage and the water had very low pressure. It was enough to get the job done. Air conditioner would only turn on once I pressed a few buttons but, stayed cool through the day and night. Didn’t hear much coming from the other rooms. Either I was very lucky or they have good walls. It was close to the beach and other shopping areas. I definitely would use this place in the future. My family enjoyed their stay and we are glad we got to do business.

I really wanted to give a perfect score for the clean spacious rooms and cute outdoor esthetics.
Only downside, we encountered a very rude man on a van, picking up the hotel’s laundry. Everyone in our party was in the automobile and engine was already running and ready to go. He was very sarcastic when we asked him nicely if we could get out of the parking lot first before he parks in the middle of the lot blocking our only way out. He was was adamant that he needs to go first. We waited patiently as he took his sweet time.
