This property is advertised as a "resort". There are NO Amenities at this facility. There is No restaurant !!! There is NO bar !!! There is no shuttle to anywhere !!! The staff, especially the concierge is unbelievably rude and discourteous. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place !!!

We enjoyed our stay. Resort was easy to find, comfortable accommodation and great amenities. Resort feels safe and is well taken care of. Our unit well equipped and very comfortable. The only negative we experienced was with the shuttle to and from downtown. It was very busy and chaotic in line up to board. The drivers were very good and informative. Overall a excellent experience

Very clean facility

The property was dated, the dishwasher had a terrible order coming from it. The furniture in the living area had large stains on it, the main shower had black mold around the bottom of it. The internet and TV did not work the entire week and when we asked to be moved to another building, the front desk said they couldn’t move us. The elevator in our building was also broken. We were supposed to get a refund from them and have called Chris multiple times for the last month and still haven’t received it. I would never stay at a Wyndham resort like this again.

Close to everything, but slightly off the beaten path. Rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

I rented a room st Wyndham of Nashville, they called me prior to arrival saying they were short staffed worried about clean rooms. When i arrived they told me they had overbooked. So my planned trip was to be putsourced to another hotel, no kitchenet, nothing comparable to what i rented. The staff told me this happens often. They totaly ruined my plans, A pre planned vacation 2 mts prior. With no courtesy call nothing. Will not book with them again

We know what to expect when we stay at a Wyndham hotel. Enjoy having the toaster, coffee machine, fridge, etc.

We enjoyed our accomodations at the Wyndham this past week while attending a local conference. Unfortunately the conference kept us busy and we were not able to enjoy the amenities and events offered but plan to return.

Felt very safe at this property. Loved that we were able to cook for ourselves if we wanted and the ability to do laundry. Only wishes would be for the pool to be warmer and there to be either a broom dustpan and/or vacuum in the unit. Does not have a ton of amenities but with exploring the area it was ok. Our family very much enjoyed our stay.

Location was overbooked. Supposedly, I was moved to another property but nobody could figure out which one. Spent significant time on the phone sitting in the parking lot trying to resolve that issue leaving no time to get out that evening.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I only wish I could have enjoyed the jetted tub, that’s why I choose that particular room. The jets were too strong so it blew water everywhere. And it was at the hill line. That was my only issue. I loved everything else. It was clean, quiet, and private. Definitely want to come back.

The room was totally comfortable quiet and I felt like I was at home in this room it was so big and comfy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and perfect for our stay. The only downsize was we could hear our neighbors upstairs as they moved about.

The would have been excellent if I could have booked a two bedroom. Unfortunately they were all book up so I had to settle for the sofa bed. Other than that minor glitch in was an awesome trip!

Older facility being refreshed, comfortable but lots of consturaction noise. Parking near our room was hightly restricted. They allowed us a very late checkout. We didn't utlize any amenities.

Great place to say private and out of the way yet easy access to all Nashville has to offer.

My family enjoyed staying there. Close to food and attractions if you have to leave the site.

The property overall is nice. The accommodations were comfortable. There needs to be a thorough cleaning of all units to include dusting and spraying for pests. The exterior of the buildings (at least the one I stayed in) was covered in spiderwebs and the flying gnats were atrocious! They need to have regular pesticides sprayed around the facility. It just makes it seem, if there is no care as to what the exterior looks like, there must me some lack of care as to the interior cleaning as well. My friends unit was INFESTED with gnats and she had to be moved to a different room. How does that happen if the rooms are cleaned regularly? That was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Bus to Music Row was perfect option!

Was a great alternative to expensive Nashville hotels. A bit of a drive to downtown but we’ll worth it if you have a car!

The room that they gave us was absolutely disgusting. There were huge black spots of dirt or something all over the floor. Also, the floor felt very wet. When we arrived to the room the dishwasher was still going. The room wasn’t cleaned and the toilet seat had pee on it. Overall it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I enjoyed the size and set up of the spacious comfortable rooms! They were clean and so was the property. The staff was friendly, attentive to our needs, and helpful with attractions for my family!

Clean and quiet but close to events

Place was amazing BUT.... The PUSHY sales of timeshares makes me NEVER want to come back. UGH! asking question after question.

Very comfortable stay. Beautiful grounds. Helpful staff.

Worked well for our group, aged 1 to 70. Swimming was a main attraction for us and it was the only place I could find in the area that had indoor and outdoor heated pools.

Liked having indoor and outdoor pools. Liked that it was close to the grand ole opry, and opry mills mall. Wished it would have had a basketball hoop for the kids. The room was nice but needed some carpet and a little bit of painting. It wasnt quite what was pictured, but much better than most places we have stayed.

Great place to stay when visiting Nashville. Outside of all the noise and very quiet. Excellent accommodations large enough to just relax!

The reception we got was way above exceptional. The hospitality at Club Wyndham is the best I have ever encountered. The rooms are very clean and we'll stocked, and the beds are comfortable. If ever back to Nashville we will definitely stay again.

I had previously had a stay booked for a hotel downtown with a little less room..that cost almost as much as this one. I came across this twice & read reviews everywhere,most of which complained of the older rooms that weren’t renovated yet. When we arrived and saw the resort from the road..my kids and I lit up. This mini vacay was truly needed..& the resort itself is immaculate. Everyone was so helpful & kind..there is security soon as you enter,plus some that rides around as well..so you have nothing to worry about with parking. I requested top floor,double beds in a renovated room..& when we got there..I opened the door to a perfectly clean,spacious condo with balcony views,& everything we could possibly need. Front desk was always courteous,and reachable by text. We loved it so much that we hated to leave Sunday..my ONLY drawback with the resort is the checkout time of 10am. I truly wish it was 12pm! We will DEFINITELY be back..& hopefully once again,in a renovated room with awesome views. Huge thank you to everyone that made our stay a great one,and hats off to hotels.com for the great rates! I love it here,and you will too! DEFINITELY BOOK one! You will not be disappointed!

Nice property but was located in older building this stay. It needs a bit of renovation. Newer buildings very nice.
