We stay in the weekends i get my children. It seems safe and the family running it very nice to me and my rwo little girla. My daughters love the pool, it has open windows. The popl is a little cold but other than that this hotel has ofdered me and my girls to share some precious times

This hotel did not meet our expectations. The check in was smooth and the attendant was friendly. He mentioned the hot tun and pool area was open until midnight. We appreciated that because we were going to dinner and visiting with family. When we were able to use the hot tub it was colder than the pool. We scratched that and went to the room as we had a tub. The jets didn’t function right so that was also a scratch. The walls around the in room tub had pictures pulled down and holes.
When we turned back the bed the sheets looked like they had been slept in and were full of stains and long hairs. We ended up requesting the sheets be changed. Had it not been so late would have been a good time to go…
The window in the room was off the track and did not lock.
The handle for the tub faucet fell off when I turned it on.
The breakfast did have done cereal and breads. The butters were all opened and melted in a bowl.
The halls are half painted and there are paint drippings all over. I can’t believe this is an AmericInn.

The place is disquesting floors and carpet dirty especially in the lounge area Carpet in rooms were all ripped up ceiling tiles about ready to fall in shower The only plus was the bed was comfortable and seemed clean My husband and I went to try out the hot tub which was down they said because of repair The walls of the hallway ways looked like a first grader painted them breakfast was gross my husband went to get orange juice and it was only water that came out I’m really surprised this place passes inspection by the state

Smelled Mildewy, and needed to ask for a shower curtin for the room, and Hot tub was not working, If new ahead of time would of booked elsewere. But the Shower pressure was great!

Carpet was extremely tattered and torn. Bathroom shower Spicket was broke off. Dresser drawer would not stay shut.
Bed was comfy and staff was super friendly at check in.

Do not let Hotel.com book your room. They just don't get it right. We booked a rollin shower room because of our condition. It was never shared with the hotel. This happens about a third of the time when I use them. If you have a handicap, confer with hotel early to make sure they get all the information. Than you can contact this site to talk to a person. I am ready to drop Hotel.com!
The front desk person was very understanding and tried her best to come up with solutions for our night, at midnight. She was great.

Place is completely trashed and gross. Room smelled like rotten mildew. Carpets and everything were disgusting. Unless you are accustomed to living in a meth den, do not stay here. PS… coffee was disgusting.

Awesome Coffee and Great comfort. Love the swim pool hours, which allow the late checkin to enjoy the pool before bedtime. Nice and friendly staff. Thank you. We will definitely stay with you again.
One little extra will be having a nightlight in the room for the ones with jet lag or need to visit the toilet in the middle of the night.

Property was poorly maintained. Door jams were missing paint. Carpets were dirty, not vacuumed. Hot tub was out of order. Bath tub drain stop would not hold water for a bath.
Bed sheets were clean and the bed was good.
When I booked my room I saw a rating of 8.5 and comment of very good. Was not as advertised.

We had what was a short stay, got there late. It was very nice!

The first room we got smelled like pee. The second room was very musty and wet feeling. The carpet was wet like they had just cleaned the carpet. Every window we walked by outside had animals in them. So that makes sense for the pee smell. The front desk guy was very nice and let us try a second room no problem. But we couldn’t stay at this place. I wouldn’t have slept with having 2 kids there. It was not good. We took the loss and moved to a different hotel nearby.

It was just ok. There were bugs in the room, it needs some updating, the carpet especially. Relatively clean, breakfast options were good.

Breakfast were good, as were the pool and hot tub. But stairs leading to the second floor appeared not to have been vacuumed in a few weeks. Close proximity to I-94, but some distance from downtown St. Cloud.

for whatever reason, the breakfasts at AmericInn hotels lately have been all the same - horrible. Overcooked/microwaved sausage and (pretend) eggs. Dry bread. The only decent looking thing there were the waffles, and we don't eat those!
This particular AmericInn looks like it has recently begun a remodel, as the walls are half painted and most of the rooms sit open without bedding. They could use some new carpet soon, as most of it in the common area is torn and stained.

Room was not clean. Bathroom had tissue on the floor. Almost out of Toilet Paper. Had to goes to checkin to get shampoo.
No bucket for ice.

It was nice hot tub was warm and the room smelled like dog pee.

The beds were comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Staff was courteous and overall stay was good for getting much needed sleep. Lobby, hallways and room all needed vacuuming. Room had ants on the table where coffee maker sits.
