Everything was fine except the breakfast. I don't expect much from a hotel breakfast but this was really bad. At least the coffee was hot.

Size of beds or smaller than I was expecting did not seem to be a Queen, more like a full size but beds very comfortable.I slept very well.
Smile closets, but for 1 or 2 nights very doable.
I would stay there again.

This property was convenient for our late arrival at the Pittsburgh airport. Plenty of dining options one exit down the freeway.

The bathroom and room was dirty upon check in. Check in staff was nice. The remaining staff encountered were unpleasant, except on check out day. Lack of communication between staff. Hotel clenliness was so-so, construction was happening so I feel like I can’t really comment on that.

Definitely one of the cleaner places my family and I stayed at on our trip and convenient!
Like a lot of chain hotels/motels the air conditioner wasn't very clean which isn't great for dust allergy sufferers like myself, but that wasn't a deal breaker. They were very accommodating about giving us new keys when we couldn't find ours.

Outdated hotel. Sheets appear clean but the building and rooms need to be remodeled. Room can certainly use a deep cleaning. Breakfast is okay. Only stayed one night to catch flight the next morning. Close to airport. Would not stay again.

Stayed here for a pinball tournament at the Rezzanine. It was convenient to the expressway and very quiet at night, which is very important to me as a light sleeper. The staff did get quite noisy in the hallways first thing in the morning and that would have been a problem if I had been trying to sleep in any. The room was good. The bed was a little on the hard side but not that bad. The biggest disappointment is that the fitness room had two pieces of powered equipment and both were broken, which was especially disappointing because I take a walk every day and find it convenient to use a treadmill for that when I'm at a hotel.

The fire sprinkler was leaking for what could a couples day to a week or more. The bed was absolutely drenched and the pilllows was stained with what I image is rust. The second more also has the same issue as well. This was the before my wedding and I was already dealing with flight delayed and cancellations. The hotel concierge was very helpful.

Disgusting property, claims it’s smoke free, however when we got to our room it smelled like a box of cigarettes was smoked in the room. Staff was unpleasant. We requested a change in room which was given to us, but the second room was also nasty. We then cancelled our hotel stay and left after only being inside the hotel for maybe 15 minutes. Attempted to get a refund but when Expedia called to confirm we left with a manager, they claimed there was no manager at the hotel which was a lie.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and hotel itself. The night staff at check in was not rude,but could have been a little friendly. Good options at breakfast.

Check in Employees were very friendly. The rooms were clean including pool area. Breakfast was the same both days we were there, but it was better then to have just fresh fruit & toast. All employees were kind.

Fri t desk staff very unfriendly, when we Che in employee service couldn’t be bothered to even lift her head and make eye contact.
Room very musty smelling, a/c was noisy.
Description of breakfast didn’t match what was actually served, very little variety, not enough seating and no one around to replenish empty food bins.
Lots of children left unattended very loud in hallways as well.

The room was ok there were a set of eyelashes on the rug and looked like red wax in the shower. The second day neither one of our keys worked so we had to get new ones and when we came back from our outing there were no parking spaces and no additional parking. I went in and spoke to young man at the desk he suggested we park in handicap parking. My hubby is a disabled veteran but he can walk w assistance and we do not like to park in handicap due to we are taking it from someone who might not be able to walk. This was my first stay with choice hotels. It was ok for a last min get away.
