The hotel is rather outdated. The flooring in the room was uneven as I walked on it. It was clean though and staff were friendly.

Walkable to the concert venue and R&R Hall of Fame. Also great variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We appreciated the safety measures used for keying in and out of the hotel. The staff, everyone we came into contact with, were very friendly and helpful.

It was wonderful. All staff were great and friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Will be staying there again. Everything was walkable from the hotel. Valet staff were very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at hotel when the power went out at our home during a storm. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room unlike some others that were extremely overpriced because of the storm was at least in the realm of reality and good value for the price!

The hotel it self is great, very kind and accommodating staff.
It seems like Cleveland in general does not offer a selection of dinnign options. Its very quiet, no dinning options after 10 PM. The hotel has a spa that was never opened and the restaurant options for breakfast are limited and very average.

This is a beautiful building and a great location. The bed was old and broken from too much use. The bed had large soft divots that make it terrible to sleep. The room was clean, but the room could have used some updates. All of the shopping and restaurants (besides the Hyatt restaurant) were closed down, so the idea of the hotel being in the arcade kind of losing its appeal.

Stayed here for a concert at the baseball field it was close enough to walk over all was an awesome time

I completely enjoyed my stay. My wife and I went to the Stadium Tour Concert. We wanted something close and within walking distance from progressive field. The bed was comfortable and AC was perfect. Amazing view and plenty to do around town near the Hotel. Our room was perfect. I definitely will stay again in the future

Room was pretty sparse yet comfortable. Bathroom is somewhat small also. You can't beat the location. There was a wedding going on and it was very quiet in the room. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Had breakfast both mornings and the service was quick and great.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay, and it was very cool that the new Superman movie was being filmed there. Our server Liz was excellent in every sense of the word. She went above and beyond with every request we had. Top shelf service. The manager Ronese was equally as impressive. Very courteous, very helpful. Very engaging and kind. Kudos to everyone!

The hotel property is older but aesthetically pleasing. The room we were in had a dirty bathroom and the floor boards were damaged causing a dip in the floor. We'd hoped to see more shops open around and within the hotel, but that was not the case. The staff were very nice and helpful during check in and check out.

The Arcade is a cool historical building in Cleveland (first indoor shopping mall in the USA). Great location, close to everything. Plus as a bonus, they were filming a Superman movie right in front of our hotel window.

The room and hotel was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We weren't too impressed about the wedding held there satuday night. The music was VERY loud and went very late. We were on the 4th floor and could hear it clearly and loudly in our room. Had we known we would have booked a different hotel. We wouldnt have spent 300 U.S a night to be kept awake.

Very clean and well kept and a very cool Hotel , apparently was the first indoor mall in North America from back in 1890’s and was renovated into a Hotel not long ago . And walking distance to the Browns Stadium , Rock and Roll Hall of fame and restaurants and bars . The next time I visit Cleveland will be staying there .

3PM check in is too late. This was the first hotel I’ve been at where I couldn’t check in early. They did however offer me to check in immediately for a $20 up charge to another room. I’m extremely skeptical that this isn’t a bogus fee to check in early. I checked in at noon, it’s not like I was checking in at 10 AM
