Lovely, spacious and comfortable accommodation, great value for money, ideal location.

A few small maintenance issues and could do with a spring clean, however, we almost expected this, booking last minute after a presumably busy festive period, and this was reflected in the price we paid.

Nice barn conversion, however not maintained at all.

Arrived to find it completely filthy, no beds made, no towels, bathroom door hanging off, none of the showers work! Tiles behind log burner hanging off, could badly hurt a child, very noisy location, owner could not care a less! do not use!

Dead insects when we arrived and there was a problem with the hot tub that wasn’t fixed in the way we were told it would be

Loved the accommodation. It was huge and perfect for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely large private fenced garden which was great for our dog and the hot tub was such a treat after climbing snowdon.

There was a slight issue with the hot tub which had turned itself off when we came to use it but Vickie was on the other end of the phone very quickly and we managed to work it out. Other than that there were no issues and we cant wait to come back 😁

it was amazing very spacious. clean modern the jacuzzi bath and hot tub where great after a long walk. big garden that was safe and secure for the dogs. will definitely be returning

could do with more lights outside as it was very dark where we parked the car.
