I was woken by loud music coming from behind my room at 5.30 am I assumed it was the gym but when I went downstairs to talk to the night porter, he said the gym was not open yet. I asked him to come up to the room and listen a s he said he could not hear anything. Later I spoke to the manager, who said they had never had a complaint before. I can deal with most annoyances, like the terrible smell in the corridors, which was not the smell of decorating as alluded to in a reply about another guest raising it. But the only thing that annoys me more than noise, is being gaslighted about it !

We were staying for one night before heading on holiday. Welcome was good, checkin easy. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Maybe a little tired. Bathroom i felt could do with an upgrade. The design of it i found a bit odd with the placement of soap dispensers and towel rails were awkwardly placed but still fine. Shower was decent. No plug for my baughter to use the bath as a bath. Breakfast innthe morning - there was plenty of choice but when we went down at 9am, the hot food had gone a bit stale and cold. Still edible but not very fresh which was a little disappointing for me. It wouldnt put me off using again though, and was a good stop over for us, practical and easy to find.

I did raise this at reception when leaving but sadly the person working on check outs was so disinterested in what I was saying he started a conversation with a fellow colleague half way through and seemingly forgot me! So due to this I write a poor review. The bathroom smelled of urine, there was no soap/shower gel in the bathroom, the water taps were plumbed in back to front (hot was cold and cold was hot), and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Some of the staff are very helpful, some just don’t care. It’s a shame as my last visit was fine, but this visit has made me question whether I would bother staying there again.

Stay was fine just smell was has you were walking down the corridor which can put you off staying there next staff At reception where brilliant very helpful and smiling 😊

Travelled solo on business for 2 nights, selected the hotel due to location as it was very close to my meetings. Upon arrival found of parking spaces, the hotel reception, bar and dining area all very modern and impressive. Check in done very quickly. Room really spacious (227), clean and modern. Bathroom a little tired. Bed on the surface looked massive, but as with most king size beds it was clearly 2 singles secured together which created a dip in the middle so only one side was used. Used the gym on the 1st night, which had all the necessary equipment. Had one evening meal served to my room, was surprised at how costly it was for the north of England, and although tasty the steak was quite tough, vegetables really nice. Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment. In general a very pleasant stay.

We booked 2 twin bed rooms for my family . The rooms were clean , but the bathroom sink still had food particles stuck on the sides of the basin, so that was a bit of a put off .

The hotel was very pleasant and a convenient place for my visit. I wasn't very happy about the parking fee as a hotel guest you really shouldn't have to do that.

Very poor customer service.

The doors bang loudly in the corridors constantly through the night as people come and go! No sleep at all. The reception team are very friendly but took 15mins to book me in and out on each occasion as they were training or unfamiliar with the system.

Staff were really helpful when I had to cancel my second night due to bereavement.

What can I say we stop in hotels quite often for my daughters dancing! This has got to be the best hotel that we have stayed in over the past 5 years for our dance travels, on arrival we where greeted by zee and jan who were fantastic from the offset, on arrival they advised us that they have a surprise for us and that we where upgraded to a suite straight away jan went to suite to set up other bed for our daughter!you guys have no idea how much this upgrade ment to us as been going though a pritty rough time with family health issues/ family member been very poorly in hospital this really gave us a massive boost a boost that was really needed! So thank you zee and Jan you don't realise how little things like that just makes a person smile inside and it was greatly appreciated! Wow the suites are outstanding! It was like we were back at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas! It was outstanding! Just one down side was the fire alarm went off at 6 this morning but that's not the end of the world these things happen atleast we know there is a working fire Alarm! Absolutely amazing nights stay thank you zee and Jan for making our stay fantastic! We will 100% be rebooking if we are visiting the area again!

Good parking and lovely food. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Check in was self check in which I don’t find very personal.

Poor service overall. The first night there was an hour's wait for food in the restaurant as there was only 1 chef. The rooms weren't cleaned from day to say, meaning I ran out of the essentials like toilet roll, tea and milk. When I got into the room, it hadn't been cleaned properly as the table was dirty.

Too noisy with too many weddings, the staff were too busy with the weddings, i felt ignored. Reception location isnt ideal, as soon as you walk in or out you walk past it and get stared at.

Good hotel off the motorway. Rooms are basic but clean. The fan in the room did not work on a humid day we did inform reception but nothing was done about it. A £5 charge for delivery for room service.

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and found it to be of a good standard. The room was clean and tidy with excellent reception staff. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good quality at a decent price. Only gripe is £4 per day to park and is money for old rope. They are installing 16 Tesla chargers in the car park and wonder if they will be charged £4 to park after 20 mins

The hotel was fine, room was newly renovated and had some freebies like crisps. Over all it was a good stay, restaurant had good selection, bed was a bit on the hard side but comfortable enough. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT THE HOTEL IS LOCATED JUST INSIDE THE BOUNDARY OF THE CLEAN AIR ZONE !!!! so if your car is old you’ll have to pay the £28 for the privilege to drive 20yards into the zone and park at the hotel. Just be aware there is no other way to get to the hotel except entering the zone for a few yards.

What a pleasant stay I had at the Cedar Court Hotel , The staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the complimentary extras in the room were better than most 4 /5 star hotels. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Bradford for a business trip or otherwise.

Nice location, plenty of parking. It’s a shame they don’t provide bottled water for the coffee/tea that’s in the room. Makes no sense for water to be provided for deluxe rooms only. Noisy can hear other people in the rooms next door
